Very nice How about a challenge that restricts what actions you can take Maybe something like skipping every other turn or never moving and attacking with a unit during the same turn
If you're still looking for a challenge to do, you can try TheOneAndAli's "Can you beat Fire Emblem Three Houses without committing a war crime?" challenge (aka Geneva%). It's basically can you beat Three Houses awhile adhering to the Geneva Conventions? He did his on Hard and mostly succeeded through some grey areas. So a Maddening run of the idea, might be interesting.
Yea ive seen that video it's really good but idk maybe I could try it in a different fe game or on maddening like you suggested. I'll give it a ponder lol
Pretty sure three houses doesn't have the classic weapon triangle- there are breaker skills which are similar but level one byleth isn't gonna have any of those to take advantage of, so the best you can do is avoid any breaker skills the enemy may have (which may be what you were referring to, I may just be misunderstanding)
Apparently you didn't know (at least at the time of recording this) but the weapon triangle doesn't actually exist in this game (outside of the breaker skills that is)

I was waiting for 3 hours for this

The reason Lonato feels easier is because the class he is assigned is actually a unique one and not the one other enemies use
this was awesome smashing the like
