This is really cool. It's basically the entire Premiere Pro on a tablet/mobile phone. You can edit on the go without the need for bringing a computer. It'll be so much easier to make Instagram stories. I can imagine it takes up a lot of storage though and it wastes up a lot of battery for it needing to always buffer and render the frames. Can you do keyframes with Rush? Honestly, I might just switch from FCPX to Adobe because this is so tempting. Adobe is always coming out with cool new useful features.

I’ve just started editing for my podcast because of how expensive it is-$300 an hour of edited material plus some, and that’s the low end. I dabbled in Adobe Pro and had to make a quick exit when I remembered I had just used Premiere Rush as an experiment because Pro was so hyped up by people. But Rush is where it’s at. And you clarified what was in mind quite expertly. Fun and cool I said 💯

I think that really depends on your device. I havent had any issues with scrubbing, playback, etc. Just loading the files in rush takes time because I import 4k files. I haven't experienced any limitations honestly. If your ipad or phone is powerful enough, you'll be fine!
I use premiere pro. when I filmed this video I didn’t have a MacBook which is why I used rush on to go, but now I have a MacBook so premiere all the way
You can’t edit the green screen effect in rush, but you could send it to premiere pro and finish the edit there. So what you can do is add the clip to your timeline and put it on V2 so it overlays the main video. Then, you can open the sequence in premiere pro and use the ultra or chroma key :)

I love it! I use it on my phone for on the go IG stories or quick Facebook posts. It works great, even on my aging iPhone 7.

Great video. I actually used adobe rush cc on the B roll challenge. In fact most of it was edited on the rush then exported into Premier.

Is there any easy way to add a clip that needs to have a green screen effect so that it can sit on top of the main video?
You can’t edit the green screen effect in rush, but you could send it to premiere pro and finish the edit there. So what you can do is add the clip to your timeline and put it on V2 so it overlays the main video. Then, you can open the sequence in premiere pro and use the ultra or chroma key :)
