Even if they didn’t honor the sale price difference I would have ordered the one on sale before it ended and immediately put in a refund through Amazon for the one he paid more for. It’s really nice that Jackery made the process much easier and simply refunded it though. They seem to have great customer service. 2000 watts is fantastic though, can easily run any appliance that goes up to the limit of 1500 for most high powered things and then some leftover for charging your phone, a fan etc. Great product.
I was thinking of getting Jackery for times when there's a power outage. It usually only lasts a few hours, so it's been no rush to get one. I'd only need to run the refrigerator, a lamp and maybe charge my phone up. I could sit in the car and charge the phone though. One time the power was out for about 5 hours. That was the longest it's been out. That was a great deal you got. You should keep these unboxing and review videos going. I love unboxings and reviews.
For me I’d want to use the solar panel option. When I had ended up moving to Fl it was right after a hurricane my family went a whole week with no power

The reason why I bought a generator is because where I live the lights consistently goes out during the winter months. I had to use my generator this month twice because someone got in an accident and the lights went off. It is a good investment when you don’t have any power. Great video!

Hi Anthony, love your easy going videos , now Charging your new battery from your car with a DC to DC inverter that connects to your battery with safeties that will not allow it to drain your car battery when your car isn’t running. I would suggest a 30 amp dc to dc inverter and check online to see which model you think would work best for you. It’s so much better to charge your remote battery while driving.

Not to sound like a know it all and I clearly don't but according to what I have read and heard from battery pros like Will Prowse, Lithium ion batteries should not be discharged below 20% because if you do that on a regular basis it will shorten the lifespan of your battery, just so you know. Hey friend. It shortens the life. But it still will hold an 80% charge. I never let mine go to zero. I’m so in the habit of charging it almost everyday. Whether it needs it or not.

Make sure to read basic directions in charging & discharge.....like a new phone (or charging your phone a phone anytime) let the battery go down to 1% or near to it because it will effect the amount of charge it will accept afterwards....in another words if you charge ur phone when it's only halfway discharged or at say 50% then the battery storage capacity itself goes down.....I may not have explained that well...but hope it helps...ps my name is Hope & love ur content...God Bless you Anthony!

I was gonna buy an induction cooktop but learned that it gives off a lot of radiation, not something that I want or need for my body. Instead I just bought an electric (ceramic) cooktop. Just as easy to clean as the induction, but NO radioactivity.
Jackery missed out on some money because I would have definitely got the 2,000. My 500 works great but now I’m looking more into prepping and the 2,000 would be great for that- I’m glad that you were able to get your refund!

Hi Anthony, instead of getting a microwave, if you're tight on space, I would consider the Hot Logic Mini. It's a portable food warmer. Depending on the container your using it does take about 20 mins to heat up your food. Definitely worth trying and won't take up any space. Stay positive and stay safe 😄✨️

Think about getting an air fryer instead of a microwave. The air fryer can warm food, toast,fry bake cook, you're going to love it. It's very healthy

I think all of the vanlifers have a jackery but I do believe thier are a couple more.

Jackery missed out on some money because I would have definitely got the 2,000. My 500 works great but now I’m looking more into prepping and the 2,000 would be great for that- I’m glad that you were able to get your refund!

Hi Anthony, instead of getting a microwave, if you're tight on space, I would consider the Hot Logic Mini. It's a portable food warmer. Depending on the container your using it does take about 20 mins to heat up your food. Definitely worth trying and won't take up any space. Stay positive and stay safe 😄✨️
Are we going to ignore the fact that the Jackery 2000 comes with outlets? Plug the fridge/fan in the outlets silly😂😂😂😂
