You have hit the nail on the head!!! I have a Fathom 15 that I use sometimes for light boat fishing and I think its a great reel 'for boat fishing'!

I don't, I have a Fathom 15and a Fathom 60 twin speed! I just use them for what they were made for, boat fishing!
