Why do it in the dark. I still don't know how you took the cylinder out.

It's probably just a tab you push and hold it while you pull the ignition cylinder out. Use an Allen key to push the tab down would he my guess.

Hay . Got a question. Would replacing that part fix the anti-theft system that won't let it start. ???

the hole above the cylinder... is that a screw or do you stick like a pin or something in there to get the cylinder to come out? having this problem now. only difference is my key is completely stuck in the ignition and won't come out at all

Thank you so much I have the same make and modle&problem with the key with my car and I didnt know what to do so thank you for your videokeep them comming ill be watching .ps just change the altinator and it was easy but changing the plugs is somthing different ug2lm143...
