Thanks Danny, been waiting for reviews on this one. Was looking at this one as a replacement for my 2dap for day hiking. Quick access pockets and full clamshell beats the 2dap for sure. Cheers and God bless.

Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! As much as I like the 2 day assault pack I definitely prefer this one

I've gone through so many bags from basic Walmart backpacks to Tom Bihn Hero's Journey, I recently came across this bag a few months ago, and since then I got rid of all 24 of my other bags that I liked, but didn't love enough to use any one as a solo do-it-all bag. This bag is the perfect size for EDC, its "tacti-cool" look isn't super tactical so you wont look like some wannabe militia member while grocery shopping. The various pockets and organization was a big seller for me, I really like all the options it provides to stash items away. This could easily be packed out for a minimalist weekender or week long travel bag. I highly recommend it as a great "one-bag" option!

I bought this bag. The truth I love it. Have no issue with it. When i have it on it seems that I am not carrying anything on my back. The other backpacks I have weighs me down this one doesn't.

Very good, thorough review. Thank you for showing all of the interior pockets. Mystery Ranch should hire you to do their marketing. Just ordered one based off of this review.

The 5.11 rush 12 is a total sweatbox on your back! I sold mine on as its a serious let down on the pack, I went back to my Blackhawk cyclone pack much more comfortable and no wear near as sweaty as using the 5.11 rush 12. Tempted by the Blitz as the claim shell design is something that would help in my job.

If they could do a 25L version for edc…I just find 30l too big. Another flat back panel too! Such a let down when a good bag is failed by poor back support/air channels.

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  Год назад +2

Thank you for watching! I agree a 25l with a little more airflow in the back would be amazing!

You’re right, it and the 35l have slipped under the radar. Not many reviews, compared to other tactical bags a few years ago

I opted for the blitz 35(replacing able carry max) as it has more volume plus with the ability to cinch down to a small size when I'm packing lesser items.

Very similar to the MR No Escape / Dragon. Even so, it's still calling my name in XL Coyote.

My biggest gripe with MR packs are the lack of ventilation on the back panel. The Bridger seems to solve this but that’s definitely a dedicated hiking pack.

From the side,it looks like a 2dap. I like all the pockets. I tend to prefer lots of organization. The 30 is great for edc, the 35 is definitely better for the outdoors

I'm looking to buy this backpack as well, but I'm a bit on the edge with the size. What are your torso, waist and height measurements for picking the L/XL pack?

I bought a l/xl and it doesn't fit a bigger guy at all, especially the hip belt.

Thank you for watching! Definitely a tough choice, both are great, really comes down to how much you like the tri zip opening and if you prefer to have more external quick access pockets

I had the 2DAP and the blitz 30 should be arriving today. The 2DAP was an excellent bag I just found it to almost be more of a travel time pack than a functional edc bag. This seems to fit the bill in terms of edc layout. The EG CTB26 may be one of the best edc bags of all time along with the viktos perimeter 40, I’m hoping to put the blitz in that company!

BE AWARE THESE BAGS ARE NOT USA MADE
Just got mine and it says on the bag “made in Vietnam” I was under the impression that all their bags were made in the USA and finally get the Blitz 35 and right on the wrapper MADE IN VIETNAM right on the front.
Garbage, got a return shipping label and getting my money back. Not spending this kind of money for a Walmart bag
