Rubies still in matrix, found at Sheffield Mine summer 2024.

Our local granite is called Amphibolite..it's a blackish rock and quite hard. We often find rubies loose, but as well still in matrix/ granite host rock. Here our customer is using acid and etching with tools to reveal the rubies still within the granite. Super cool find and to see the progress.
