I'm 47 years old and I never realized how beautiful some rocks are when you cut them open. The joy you express when you cut open a rock is so infectious. I suffer from really bad anxiety. When I have an anxiety episode I sometimes watch your videos and it calms me. Thank you so much for your content. Please keep it coming and if I was rich I would be donating a lot for how your videos seem to have a calming effect on me. Thank you again and bless you
@@AgateAriel 16:27 0 I remember watching this weird news clip of this furniture around 2000s. Said they made a concrete bench that was like 20x harder as normal concrete. Went into details on how they add air bubbles to the mix and is much stronger. Looks like an Aero bar, but I mention this as the rocks your looking at have air pockets in it, Think its to add strength?
Hi! great video! just a tip from a seasoned rock cutter.... slow down when you get to the end to prevent chipping! thanks for sharing! so fun to see whats inside!
There IS a chocolate with weird holes in it! It’s a European chocolate called Aero made by nestle, and Hershey’s version is called Air Delight! Aerated chocolate is more popular in Europe than it is here in the US so you don’t usually find it unless you’re at a specialty import store, but the chocolate rock totally reminds me of that.
@@GreatestCornholio I’ll have to try that one! Cadbury makes the best mass produced chocolate imo. It’s such a shame aerated chocolate basically took off everywhere but the US 🥲
I was drinking coffee when you made the sound effects of cutting the Lake Superior agate since you forgot to record, "Whiirrrrrrrrrrrrraaagggrrrr". Luckily, I didn't choke while giggling. Your excitement when opening the agate was contagious (hee hee!!!) I like the striped rock of the fossil. The dotted one is also very cool, I wonder why the holes filled up and didn't stay hollow? You had the same question. The one that looked like a face....it's a toad.
That agate rocks! So freaking beautiful! My grandfather came from Cornwall UK as an expert miner in the early 1900's to mine copper in the keweenaw peninsula of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Lake Superior is my favorite body of water in the world. Agate is my favorite stone. Thank you for posting this. I had such a bad day and you really restored my joy!
Really like your appreciation and excitement over the beauty hidden in plain sign in ‘normal’ rocks. I can’t visit the beaches in the Southwest of England without finding ‘jewels’ with every sweep of the eye. Have cut a few using a standard tile cutting saw. Pleased these treasures are over the whole planet for all who appreciate them to enjoy.
I love your channel! I go spend the night at my granny’s house once a week and I alway look forward to the rock driveway! I have found so many cool rocks because of you!❤❤❤
😃 Beautiful!!!! That spectacular striped one is my favourite, and, the brown and white one takes second place, looking like an edible ancient petrified chocolate chip cookie...😂

On your saw, look at the hinge area at the back. Look for something that should be catching but has either broken off or moved out of adjustment for some reason.
Imagine that spotty one as a huge slab for a table, that would definitely be unique... Btw, I never once thought I would be interested in rocks, but you just make it so watchable with your bouncy personality 🥰
Love this video ❤ probably one of my Favorites I always want to know what's inside of every rock and your amazing personality ❤️ Thanks Again You are an Awesome Agate!!!
I just recently found this channel and I already Love it. The fact that you are so obviously into this makes it way much more interesting. You would make such an awesome geology teacher. Your enthusiasm is infectious.
The first one reminds me a really little bit of snowflake obsidian, but of course I know it isn’t! 😂 I love to watch your videos because I just love rocks and everything you can do with them! Although I also like plants and shells, I still prefer the beauty of stones! Go on like this, you’re so amazing and kind!
Ariel WOW another fabulous video with your excitement and enthusiasm makes it even better we love that about you thanks for your video always looking down for rocks
Hi Ariel! I enjoyed this one, so many great rocks! My favorite was the last one, the chocolate, chocolate chip rock. Beautiful! I have a rock addiction.
Your videos are all amazing thank you very much ....Emily loved that you cut the palm we thought the holes went all the way through and it was just plugged with mud turned out so cool

ha, I was out doing a post-gym, pre-clean the house rock wander yesterday at the local "gravel pit/ not-yet-a-housing-development" and found a few "to cut" rocks since the agate hunt only got me a couple of small (but pretty) ones - your video is great timing! Winter goal is to finally break out the $20 FB Marketplace tile saw I bought last winter, and see what's inside the pile of ugly ducklings. I also found a few basalt with the bright red bits, which I don't see often and which I didn't realize was feldspar! Gotta bust out my ID guides today to confirm. :) I'm in central-north British Columbia, and enjoy your videos, Ariel! PS: the banded agates you have access to finding are RIDONCULOUS! I need to get out west a bit more often where the agate hunting is better than around here, and I need some fancier, massive agates in my collection. :)
The red basalt rock you cut is so pretty in the uk in a countryside there’s a shallow river and every rock at the bottom was these beautiful blood red rocks that looked like yours but they were all nearly entirely red so pretty like the deepest red you’ve ever seen x I was enamoured x
Have you ever considered making your basement countertops with these in resin??? Resin is a really fun hobby too plus rocks all look wet when theyre in it! Just need to set up the mold and how you would want everything to face and make your own custom counters and have space for more rocks 😊
Here again. Ok, I’m getting hooked. First one looks like a tree. #2 is very pretty #3 I love - second cut, very cool spots. I like them both too. #4 nothing special. #5 I think this is my favorite so far. #6 is ok, better than the outside. #7 would make a cool necklace is you cut a thin slice. #8 is very cool. #9 ok very cool. #10 very pretty. #11 that’s another one to make a thin slice for a necklace. #12 I love the green spots.

The bolt at the pivoting end of the blade guard is loose, chica. You just need to tighten it down a tiny bit (but not too much!). Thanks for the great videos! ❤❤❤
So many cool rocks! The black centered agate was unbelievable! On the fossilized palm, I think the spotted cut is much prettier than the striped one. Just my taste anyway.
Did you put a black light on any of these? I'm curious to see if that second to the last one glows. The inside of it looks like a dendritic agate that I have that glows under black light
