Great video. Just wondering, do you use any credit cards to collect frequent flyer points? What credit cards do you use? I am from Australia and I am currently deciding which credit card is the best to use to accrue points. Any advice would be very much appreciated
Hi there! Thanks so much for watching. In collecting Qantas Points, I signed up various cards, Westpac Altitude Qantas Platinum (70,000), ANZ Black (130,000) and a few others. My strategy is simple, the most points for the least amount of annual fees so you can shop around. Don't have to stick with a card for too long though. Just do minimum spend, get the bonus points then cancel and move on.
@davedotravel thanks for your suggestion. I often fly singapore airlines. Do you have any suggestion on what credit card to use for krisflyer points? And also does it affect your credit score rating if you cancel credit cards?
@@Worldtraveler-88hey the HSBC Star Alliance card is good. It depends on your personal circumstances so unfortunately I cannot give a definitive answer!
@@MTRAAs-nm8os at Sydney Airport the only oneworld lounges are Qantas Business Lounges and Qantas First. If you fly Cathay, you can also use the House lounge by Aspire
And you can use both. Check in staffs will give you a lounge voucher to use. Just the voucher at the House first. Then with your Business Class boarding pass, enter the Qantas lounge.
Did you pre order your inflight meal or you choose it on the plane? I was wondering if the pre ordered meal selections are the same with the inflight menu.
Hey, I pre-ordered online but I found out the menu offered on board was exactly the same as what I could order online. So, I guess it only to ensure you get exactly what you want onboard. Unlike Singapore Airlines' Book the Cook, where you have many more options that you won't find on-board. Cheers :D
Wtf? Avez-vous regardé ? Un autre homme chauve commentant sans réfléchir. Pour votre information, je porte des pantalons et des bottes. Ne changez de short que pendant votre sommeil. Mon cou est plus blanc que le tien, vieux misérable chauve. HAHAHAHA
But it is possible for a lot of people to earn those Qantas points for free right? So technically, you could just have to pay AU$356 out of pocket for the same itinerary. The same flight can be booked with American AAdvantage Miles, Alaska Miles, Cathay Asia Miles, Avios, etc. so a lot of passengers around the world can access these deals with relatively low cost. Of course, it all depends on your own personal circumstance :)
This is a great video. Thank you for being informative 🙂

maybe not sticking fruit on a fork into the camera and then shoving it in your mouth .. might be a nicer way to do that .. just a thought
Fruit is fresh and yummy, it's good the viewers know and see that
Screenshot on title is still a click bait, 90k miles on top.
