Very informative video, however I would like to add an additional area of need for improvement having been a user of one the second generation strykers for two years. I live in a colder climate and I hunt in the month of November when the temperature can reach -20C quite easily and I have found the turrets on the scope to get very tight, mushier and totally inaudible. When compared to a friend's IOR Valdada Recon in the same weather his turrets remain virtually unchanged in the cold temperatures. I realize the Recon is much more expensive however I found that difference to be quite noticeable and very limiting to the Delta Stryker.

Hi, did you find a solution to this issue? I've heard from some people that changing the grease within the turret would help, but I haven't tried it personally. Looking at buying one of these 3rd Gen Deltas, but I also live, shoot and hunt in cold climates which might be an issue.

@@beanstrom2349 I cleaned the turret grease and replaced it with Arctic grease made by Jet Lube ... its suppose to be good for up to -49C ... it helped a little but still nowhere near what the Recon felt like. However, I don't want to discourage you from buying one of these scopes because bang for the buck they are hard to match. The glass is more than impressive and the tracking is PERFECT. The parallax problem has been addressed in the Gen 3 of this product so if you have the money I would definitely recommend it. Just be aware that if you get one and you venture out to hunt when its -20C or colder don't expect audible clicks and dealing them will be very stiff..... I hope this helps

you'd imagine a device designed in Poland would cater for -20C temps

The Stryker is on its 3rd generation now and there have been improvements in each one … it’s a great value for the quality it offers and IMHO its at a price point that the law of diminishing returns really becomes noticeable… you can pay 1-3k more for very marginal improvements that would be unnoticeable to the average user… it’s glass is the finest Japan has to offer and its tracking accuracy is spot on… I had my Stryker on a 338 lapua for two years and after about 500 rounds down the tube it is still functioning perfectly… I hope you find this helpful

Are these just air gun scopes? Cause that’s the issue I have with all these differences brand scope reviews I see on the tube. Not knocking them. Just want to know. Thx

No, these most definitely are not for air rifles. Nor would I ever mount it on one either. Air rifles will do bad things to scopes designed for gunpowder driven ones. It might take a beating from a 50BMG but fail under sharp forward "spike" generated by the backyard plinker. I've used mine 2020 model on my 308win and 6.5 crdmr. Mounted with SPUHR (QD) to picatinny. QD since switching between rifles. Very fast to zero after taking off and putting it on again. Parallax on this newer model works charms. For this price point can't find anything to complain about. Was considering Kahles K624i 6-24x56 after got a change to test it out. Still glad I didn't. The Kahles is superb. But with my shooting and access mostly on 300-600m ranges... Better saving the money and spending on a good quality brass instead.
The parallax was the keyword why I got in to this video after searching what was the gripe about that some shooters on the range had when they spotted the scope on my gun. As mentioned on the video also, obviously something that was issue before for some but shouldn't be anymore. Maybe Delta should really put an ad out for that. Or maybe they trust that shooters having the latest model will distribute the message to cohort most efficiently.

Your question is unclear. I can’t imagine why you would think they’re JUST FOR AUR RIFLES? Are you looking for an air rifle scope? These are serious scopes. Very high quality for the price.
