    me Gujarat state me hu to muje gujarat court fee act 2004 lagu hoga ?
    ya fir court fee act ,1870 lagu hoga

    Family property as devolved to legal heirs after death of elder out of implication of personal law, declares thereby constructive possession of all entitled. Partition infact is also not a transfer but settling within demarcated portion of own. Fixed court fee/ not- advalerum court fee thus should be always levied..

    Yahan ke wakeel bata rahe hain ki court fees jarur lagegi jabki mai usee property me rahata hun. Jissme or bhai rahte hain lekin wo log sari property per kabja cha rahe hain

    Sir, मान लीजिए कि उत्तर प्रदेश की किसी कृषि भूमि की लगान, ₹425/ (चार सौ पच्चीस रुपए) और मालियत ( जिलाधिकारी का सर्किल रेट ) ₹ 1,00,00,000 (एक करोड़ रुपए) है और उसका धोखे से बैनामा करा लिया गया है [ जिसमें विक्रय प्रतिफल ₹ 40,00,000 (चालीस लाख रुपए) दिखाया गया है। और अब उस बैनामे को निरस्त कराने के लिए सिविल सूट (Regular suit for cancellation of sale deed) दाखिल करना है तो, उसके लिए *कितनी कोर्ट फीस लगेगी*। उसकी गणना (calculation) कैसे और किस आधार पर की जाएगी। { *लगान पर या मालियत पर अथवा विक्रय प्रतिफल को आधार मानकर* }

    If some body take un due advantage saying that I have contrative share in sole owner ship of brother property and not paid advolereom fee charges and produce also sole sale deed verified copy where he had no concern to that self acquired property and passing time and making judiciary system more blind then before where first party paid ad vellore court fee to current market value in his partition suit . Why not court take him self sumo motto action to dismissed the counter claimed .delay justice is no justice.
