Here in the States, I have found that children's Dollar Store drawing paper works wonderful! I get a whole pad of legal sized paper for $1.25 and it does the trick excellently. 😊
I like using used dryer sheets for my foundation squares..they wash and press beautifully and 7:14 can be made any size by using a large zigzag stitch before making squares...and they smell nice too!
A very good idea as i forget what type of wading they are. I did not think of masking tape. I used to put a post it on them and I'd go back to it to find it had fallen off. Thank you for this idea. Kathleen
You can change the playback speed under settings. I watch everything at about 1.25 because I like things done quickly. You might like to try 0.75 or 0.5

Great idea. I love it. Thank you.
I’ve tried a few of these, but I think your tip about a consistent center strip is the key!

Beautiful and I am wanting to start using my embroidery machine for quilting as well.
Awesome Jeanette!!!
Someday I will start this project🤪
Thank you for sharing with us, your mat is so pretty. ❤️😀
Wow! I make these all the time….you made the trimming at the end look hard - it is easy…just line your ruler up with the edge of the paper and cut!
I like making these too. I put them in a box and when I have enough I make a quilt.
Been doing this for years
Thank you so much for your lovely tutorial. Which city in the UK are you?
Where did you buy your scrap bags from.

I've seen tutorials like this before but loved your extra tips. Phonebook paper and left overs from HST!
