Another Nice One👍👍. Looks so different there when it's not raining 🙂. The hidden camp spot is a great find. Probably going to explore it one of these days. Looking forward to the next one👍. Michelle and Holger 🙏
Love love love that lake. The bridge you cross when you get back on the main, is where I lost my drone. The hike down under the bridge is worth it I saw signs back in the day to “release any trout over 10 kg” I dunno if your boat could handle that, lol Great video bud!
Perfect timing on the upload, I was just enjoying my morning coffee and your notification popped up! So I was yelling at you, stop the boat! right by those 3 stumps at the mouth of the river, I was told if you tie up to one and throw out a worm on your line, good fishing, there's big trout in that lake. I've seen over 20" come out of there. Also I have friends that kayak to that beach and beach camp there. What a beautiful spot! Poor Michelle and Holgar 🌧🌧 lol. Thanks for bringing us along, can't wait for the next one, hopefully 🦀🦀. cheers Greg & Erin
I always seem to catch you on a good time for my uploads haha. Thanks for the tip! I will know for next time I get up there. I had no idea how good the lake was for fishing but so far a bunch of people have told me it was amazing. Thanks again for watching! I look forward to your newest videos as well!
Save the extra dish and toss the smokies into the boiling water just before adding the noodles! Great channell. Im born and raised 48 years on this island and been to alot of these spots.
I did think about doing that, but I do like to crispen them up a bit I will try it next time though! I am glad your enjoying the channel! thanks for watching!
Greetings from far east side of Cape Breton! :) New to your channel and a sub already:) Love the nature shots and time lapses... especially of your fishing attempts LOL One tip an older fisherman once gave me is to make sure I don't have any scented products on hands when I bait my lure. Even better he suggested to handle sand, mud or weeds of the area to get that smell on my hands. He said with modern products having so many fragrances, even if we don't smell them fish can. I don't know if it's true.. my fishing is still spotty but certainly better than before. Good luck! and I look forward to backtracking on your videos.
Hey Monika! Welcome to the channel! I’ve been close to there but not to Cape Breton. Thanks for the tip, I get alot of them haha I’ve mostly salmon fished my life not to much trout fishing in lakes but I also don’t spend a lot of time fishing on these adventures. I watch lone wolf 902 and I believe he’s from Cape Breton as well! Anyways thanks again for the sub and watching! Cheers!
Another great video. Harry!! I think that we cook from the same receipe book. Mac and cheese with some sausages. I can live off from that 🤣 Send me some more cooking tips..... Danny
Pleasant surprise for me - sick day and new vid...cheers! Curious about your GPS set up. I've got a Garmin 76 with the BackRoad Map Books but the unit doesn't have an external antenna. Plus, iv'e got screen envy. Great vid.
Thanks Gord! As for GPS set up I just use an Ipad with the Gaia Maps and Back Road Maps App. I pay for both apps yearly so its not to terrible but I find sometimes one map shows more than the other so I bounce between the two.
@@outlandharry appreciated! Overlap and redundancy ain't a bad thing. (PS - don't try using your marine chart plotter on land...ask me how I know) have a great day!
You say this but I haven't seen a pic of your bathroom. How do I know it isn't big enough for the van? Also its 2024 its kind of rude to assume the size of the van too.
Your videos are just getting better and better! I think those decks are tent pads. What an excellent find! Mike caught a fish today at Spider lk. 😊 Your drone footage is fabulous. What type is it? Take care!
Thanks Jude! I was told after that what they are for, good to know maybe I should do a camp out there sometime. I'm currently using a DJI Air2s Its pretty good but it is alot bigger than the mini series.

Thanks guys! I feel bad I got this spot to my self for a whole day with minimal rain the week after you were there lol.
Wow ! What an intro sequence ! Your filming “eye”, drone skills, and editing are sooo good. 👏👏
Thanks Blueman! I appreciated it! I try and make each one better than the last!
Beauty video! Love that camp spot. Will have to check it out in the summer!! Cheers Bro 😎 🤙🏼
Thanks bro! We will plan a trip
Wow nice drone shot. I need to camp there some day.
Thanks Laurence! You really should check it out! Email me if you want the location!

Thanks bro! I was thinking that it was in close to that area I was gonna ask!
oh man if I caught a 10KG trout it would sink the boat haha.
They have/had the same plastic potty at Lindeman Lake by Chilliwack Lake, and the small decks for pitching the tents. 👍
oh really? I've never seen them pretty cool I think. Ive quickly learned thats what the plat forms are for. ( Lots of messages about it.
Happy camping to all🎉😊❤
Thanks Sober!

you said you might park "where you guys are" and I'm in my toilet on the throne, nice bjt a bit cramped for a van mate

Which lake is that? I will be heading up to Port Alberni to visit some friends. I might want to visit for myself.
