Saw people talking bout this in the comments already, but had to write it anyway! You guys should definitely do a funk one! I have and use the Scarbee Funk guitarist, but it definitely needs a GUI, workflow update, and more chords options. If u guys did that with a Strat, you would be legends!!
and they are still putting out session guitar libraries! It is very strange and suspicious. I guess we can call these guys the "deep state" of sample libraries...😆
I have all the Session Guitarist libraries - they all sound excellent, especially the new Electric Vintage. I'm looking forward to learning more in depth techniques to make the most of them.
just got electric vintage and I don't have any of the other guitar instruments but this really sounds real once you fine tune it to your style...I was worried it would be all twang and crunch but it really does sound like a telecaster and compared to most of the stock Logic guitars and some others I've heard it rings out without wavering and decays naturally.
LOL hilarious because I was looking for a video of the 2 vs each other..... watched this whole thing.... then realized that’s what I got 😂😂😂 great work
Awesome VST and great tutorial! Please make more electric guitar vsts like these guys! And maybe some remake videos/tutorials of famous guitar pieces with theses vsts. Maybe the Smells like Teen spirit guitar parts remade with NI electric guitar vsts? :)
So far I guessed everyone which was real and not. Guys!! Please can you make it a priority to have a Funk one please. Especially now that the 80’s are coming back, funk is so important 🙏❤️
We love funk, too :-) ...The Electric Vintage library contains quite a lot of funk patterns already. Did you check them out? (Listen to the song in the background at ruclips.net/video/nKcNXMsz_vU/видео.html - it uses some of the patterns.)
@@jeremygorszczyk Scarbee Funk Guitarist has something the Session Guitarist libraries don't: the ability to create your own patterns. I hope RT incorporates that for these libraries, because they sound great!
In the second example the NI Electric Vintage sounded better than the real guitarist in my opinion. Better sounding attack and tone. Really amazed at how far virtual guitars have come.
I have made a video about the Electric sunburst deluxe with 17 additional demos just to show how it real sounds. Some of NI demos have too much effects on it so they are not that clean to identify... But now I'm very interested in the Electric Vintage Version...
With you on this and these tutorials. On first take definitely liked mix b better. At the end still preferred mix b Now I’m like do I go for VE or the updated SE. Breakfast time
I got them all right, but I also play guitar. Even if I wouldn't use them on an album for myself, they're great tools for writing/arranging, and maybe even demos. Pretty much every other virtual guitar sound out there is awful. If I want to sketch out a guitar part, and later learn to play it, it helps a lot if it actually sounds like a guitar.
The main difference is with the live musician, he doesnt have to play whats in the software, he can play what YOU want. The problem im having with all of this stuff, is If I write songs on acoustic guitar, id like to have software that plays TO the song, not me trying to play the song through the software. Some of the riffs sound great, but how are you going to use stuff that everybody has, and then call it your song. It seems its more for people who dont know how to compose, they are writing on top of the music provided. If Im wrong please correct me.
people with similar mindset usually say stuff like "eww sampling is shit how can you use something that other people can use you'll be so unoriginal" and then will go record another nirvana cover lmao it's not about the tools it's about how you use them nothing stops you from playing some riffs to you chords, converting riffs you like to DI wav, then edit and re-amp it, you get the greatest quality and awesome techniques you can't play yourself while maintaining transformability it's really not hard you just gotta use your brain.
I've given up trying to work with this plugin. It takes so long to craft a barely passable sounding groove I might as well just play the damn thing in. It sounds good if you're going for very robotic and quantised rock or something, but anything where you're looking for realism, just buy a nice guitar and learn a few grooves. Better yet, pay an actual guitarist.

Your guitar plugins sound amazing! I hope you guys keep making more

Hello Gentlemen, any idea when will your full tutorials be out?
thank you for doing these tutorials
Brilliant👍 Always was looking for tutorials like this because all those features are overwhelming. Thanks a lot, herzlichen Dank 👏👏👏
Great videos!! Can’t wait to see more.
I have all of your guitars...I can't wait to learn how to use them efficiently...

How about NI Scarbee Funk Guitarist ? A little bit old but still pretty usable ! It does not use the same interface as the other NI guitar vst though

Nice!
Soon these guitar libraries will replace Steinberg-Wizoo Virtual Guitarist 2
can yall do a strat with the same engine of electric vintage, i would like so much
we did :)
I think mix b is real because of more dynamics in plucks.
great work!!! you guys are really disruptive to the industry... players need to be on a constant lookout
Wow.
BTW - not just trying to shamelessly plug my music. Just showing some "real world" examples of these tools. I love them!!!
Guys can you please give us a Nylon String / classic guitar library??? Cannot believe 6 libraries in we still don’t have one
we did :)
