    From my visit to the Philippines, I could definitely see the barrier of access to help for even the most basic needs. I've known multiple people from the Philippines who suffer from one form of depression or other mental health conditions. While there's still a notion to ignore the concerns amongst the older generation. I'm glad to see more effort taken into it.

    Mild mental illness can be controlled by dietary care without long term pychiatric medicine.
    People with unipolar depression tends to isolate themselves and may lack vitamin D and can be rectify with morning sunshine and fish oil such as Scotts emulsion.
