Hey there, just came across your channel from my buddy Metro's channel. Just popped over to check it out. Just subbed to support a fellow RUclips vlogger and hiker out there. Looking forward to following along on your adventures and watching more of your videos. ~RVA Hiker Girl~
Manistee is so beautiful. We did it starting at the NCT side and stayed at those sites by the creek and it was pine forest, beautiful and we had a bear at camp😍😍 but when we went it was also very hot. Getting dehydrated is awful, hope you recovered quickly.
Great job on making the video. It looked like a great area for a hiking trip! I guess I finally have something nice to say about Michigan (being an OSU football fan). 🙂
I had same feeling...hiked Manistee as first MI hike at age 46 on my birthday...from Cleveland. No idea why I never hiked MI before. I stayed at the pine forest along Eddington Creek hiked the 13 miles out 2nd day due to weather advisory T-storm. Passed all those nice campsites along the river on my way out...hiked the NCT side first with Eddington as my goal for day one. Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear about the cramps. Water needs are real! Do you take any Nuun tabs or similar?
I did. I took several Nuun tablets and thought I was hydrating just fine. Obviously, I did not. I'm thinking of purchasing some additional salt tablets for next time.

Looked like a nice time.
Beautiful area! Fun hike. Great video!
Thanks man!
Beautiful hiking trail. I need to check that place out. Looked like you and Josh had a great springtime backpacking trip 👍🏻👍🏻
Dude, it is amazing! I had no idea how great it would be. That "north woods" feel with the pines and aspens is amazing. And, so much wildlife!
Dude you did a great job capturing our trip. That was so fun.
Thank you, bro!
Looked Awesome ,looked liked a good time
Thanks! It definitely was. I'll have to go back.
Nice one man. Loved the overlook campsite. I get dehydrated very quickly too. No fun at all

LOL, I know! The state itself is amazing. The university still sucks!
Very nice adventure. Being dehydrated sucks.
Thanks man! Yes, I was down for the count for a short while. Ugh.
