I'm so surprised at you not having heard these songs before although I shouldn't cause he is bigger here in Europe than in the US...he's one of those singers you always hear around but never really get how experienced and succesful he is until you listen to what he's done and realize you know at least 5 songs, that's what happened to me and I was shocked, I recently dived into his discography and it awakened many childhood memories, hope you can enjoy him as much as I do, he's incredibly talented and passionate about his work, a really cool guy. I grew up listening to Mika, I love him, he's an amazing singer and performer. I remember listening to his first album on repeat when I was a kid. Speaking of which, Love Today is one of his oldest songs including Grace Kelly, Lollipop and Relax. He's very popular in Europe, especially in France (where I'm from)! He's also been a coach on The Voice France for a couple of seasons. France adopted him and he adopted us, even tho he doesn't have the french citizenship but he does hold a british citizenship and a US one (which I didn't know about). PS: He was born in Lebanon.

I do believe he wrote this song when he had just gotten into a new relationship, so he was rather love-drunk or love-high, and he said it was among the happiest he's ever been. And I'm a huge fan of his, and I LOBE HIM, because I think he's a lover of love. As any good person should be, but he screams it.
