His mentality halted at 17 when he went to prison. He needs time to catch up to his current age. I hope the plaintiff is doing well now. For such a young woman, she made a mistake, but she seems mature enough and put together. Had her own place, a car, and took care of herself and her baby. Hope she found a man more well suited for her
You're 💯 correct. I'm a firm believer that when a young person "ages" in jail, they have not grown up. They went in looking like a juvenile they come out looking like an adult but think like a juvenile. The DOC needs to focus more on young, long-term, incarcerated individuals vs. adult long-term incarcerated individuals when it comes to re-entry.
She was 18 so I'm not gonna give her a hard time. She clearly has been misguided and taken advantage of. These men know which ones to target if they see your vulnerability.
@Bih1stOfAll So, essentially women of that age shouldn't be allowed to vote, date, or have children because they can't really think for themselves yet and don't have the capacity to make sound decisions; right?
The defendant is still 17 emotionally . He’s been locked for ten years. He’s catching up! 😂😂😂 The plaintiff made a mistake with being with the defendant. Hopefully, she has learned from her mistakes.
She better run to the doctor, no telling what this felon gave her. The felon might go back to prison to avoid paying child support. These ladies refuse to use common sense.😢😢
When she said he hasn't paid a dime I think she meant towards what he owes I'm almost certain she didn't mean that he never paid any rent because clearly she was only suing him for 2 months
Cut them both some slack. She was 18 when they met. He went to jail at 17 and spent 10 years in jail. Technically they are the same age. I have empathy for them both and I hope the child has a great support system. I wish them both well, they seem like good people❤❤
“The first 6 months was great.” That statement drives me up a wall. The first 6 months of just about every relationship is great. My sympathy meter for this lady is ZERO. I’m extremely bothered that she cares mainly about material damages and money he owes her. She didn’t press charges for assault and for him causing her to drop her baby. You deliberately do something to put my child in harms way, somebody’s going to jail. Girl Bye!!
@ even if she had both parents she still did what she wanted to do…at 18 she could’ve left the house thinking she had it under control &nd by law…what could they have done about it…
She can't blame him for nothing she just got herself into.she willingly went into a relationship with him knowing that he everything she said he is supposedly.
It was very clear TO ME that the plaintiff meant he has not paid toward what he OWES (The rent for two months, etc). And she was about to explain how the rent debt only occurred about a year after the initial debt (the car damages).
Different prisons offer different programs and there are usually certain requirements that must meet to be eligible for enrollment but yes inmates can obtain a college degree at no cost

I didn't actually hear that phrase uttered in this episode, but it's used to mean "if you will allow me to speak" when addressing someone politely, like a judge who has control of proceedings. It's also often used by teachers or speakers when addressing an audience on certain or particular subjects, for example when a speaker says "Imagine, if you will (please) the following scenario... " and then the speaker goes on to describe a certain situation in their story/presentation. It's kind of just a way of being polite or gentle when addressing a group of listeners.
As soon as I heard fresh out of prison, I knew this was gonna be all bad!😂😂😂😂 HOW you expect a man who did 10 years in prison with a bunch of MEN, to get out and be faithful 😂😂😂😂 If he remained a MAN in jail and didn't mess with the other side, he is 10 years backed up! He is gonna be sticking and moving for a WHILE until he catches up😂😂😂😂

Very true.

Why do women always thinks it's a good idea to get into a relationship with a ex con! I will never understand.
Right!!!
Because they're women and think they have all the answers, never wrong and like the power of thinking they can change a man
Factual!!! My ex con cousins sum savages!!!😂😂😂!
Right straight out the joint…
She said she was 18 really didn’t know better…

Was he a good father or a deadbeat? She's seems confused.
Right?????

She just said he's a good father, then said he is a dead beat. I don't believe her at all she seems extremely bitter.
Now she wants to talk about him when you welcomed him in after he got out of prison..
That’s on you, make better choices! 🙄🙄🙄
I dont understand the attraction to criminals
I would never date a prison bird as we would say in our country.
I knew he was going to catch her in a lie.

She sounds very bitter and hateful. How he a "good father" to deadbeat? You can't be both at the same time.
Dating a ex con wanna be thug…what she thought she could of saved him or something…SMHHH!
Exactly.
I guess so
Seriously.

I wouldn't say "wannabe" since he is an ex con lol

@opulence_prime I noticed the coy laugh too🤣
He was a good looking dude she thought she could change
Did she realize she used he’s a good dad and a dead beat dad in the same sentence 😂😂

18, and she knew he had been in prison for 10 years. I don't know how she felt that was going to go well.
If she grew up with her dad in her life i would be shocked. I mean a good dad who was in the home and treated her mom with respect
