You popped from one screen to another without stating how you got there. I have tried every option I can to find "Help Center" and "Privacy Policy Questions" but when I go to Help Center I only see a bunch of squares that say Account Settings, Login and Password, Privacy & Security, Marketplace, etc.

am having an absolute same issue from last 24 hrs. have tried all the possible methods but non of them work. I couldnt get my account back. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. In the same boat, very old Facebook account gone. Interesting to notice that in six months they did not fix the issue (it happened to me a couple of days ago). The interesting part is that it seems that my instagram accounts are both fine. An unknown account of a hacker was apparently linked for no good reason. Facebook and Instagram unresponsive to the point that the forms on Facebook for a disabled account are not working and the forms on Instagram disappeared. Beyond ridiculous. I am sorry for those that used Facebook for their lifetime pictures

It appears that thing mistakenly suspend pages just because the category isn't listed as "fan pages".

The issue is when i login, it ask me to press that blue button of 2 factor Authentication same as video. but the issue is when i press that button it take me to facebook login page again rather authentication page. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. This is so frustrating! Any ideas??

In the same boat, very old Facebook account gone. Interesting to notice that in six months they did not fix the issue (it happened to me a couple of days ago).
The interesting part is that it seems that my instagram accounts are both fine.
An unknown account of a hacker was apparently linked for no good reason.
Facebook and Instagram unresponsive to the point that the forms on Facebook for a disabled account are not working and the forms on Instagram disappeared.
Beyond ridiculous.
I am sorry for those that used Facebook for their lifetime pictures
