I am not able to download the app from the link given by you..its differnt experience that what is seen in video.. my doubt is that can we use the watch in india due to issues with china in this covid pandemic situation .. should i return the watch??

I think the problem is from the latest update.. I tried to follow your steps but the same problem came back!
Pour un problème different (impossible de finir l'association à cause d'un problème de connexion de compte ID Huawei aux serveurs) des heures de recherche, une connexion au serveur impossible sur le cloud Huwei, La GT2 pro qui ne s'associe pas. Finalement en suivant la vidéo j'ai scanné le QRCode de mon ID Huawei avec un autre téléphone que celui qui est associé à la montre. La connexion de mon compte au serveur se fait et l'association de la montre dans la foulée. Merci pour l'aide.

i am able to connect but there are times after i disable Bluetooth in my phone and when i try to reconnect i am not able too .. but after restarting my phone it works , is there another way to bypass this issue , i have tried clearing bt tools cache and that does not work ..

@@Claudio.D got for christmas as well- store wanted to replace it with samsung watch. Told them i want this one not the others, because of the battery life and other good things this watch has :) Also their might be some kind of problem with the app.

Why my gt2e smart watch if I'm not wearing 5 days automatic turning off ???? Is this watch problem or if long time not wearing automatic turn off???
I have a question for this smartwatch. When I'm using it without a smartphone for walk/run, the GPS calibration (right before the workout) sometimes last even 30sec. before it detects some satellite signal. Is it normal??
Yes it's quite normal.. GPS takes time to connect not only in watch but also in smartphones . We dont realise it in phones because smartphones also includes A-GPS ... Which works through internet and removes the startup problem of GPS....

Yep totally normal. It might vary depending on how strong the signal is in that spot too. In fact my garmin car navigation also needs a while to lock on to a satellite so that is normal. Ever tried to turn off gps on your phone and back on? It will take a while to find your position too.

Hi please follow below steps
If you are using android phone other than Huawei then
1. Uninstall health app
2. Uninstall HMS core (if downloaded from play store)
3. Install Huawei app gallery from below link
consumer.huawei.com/in/mobileservices/appgallery/
4. Install HMS core from app gallery
5. Install Huawei health from app gallery
6. Connect phone
7. Done...

My Samsung Galaxy will not let me download health app or app gallery- it said the phone can be compromised so no app, no connection, no watch- back to the store it goes.
hmmm got a weird bug - gt 2 watch with lg g8 phone. the devices pair but then i lose network connection on my phone when I pair the phone with the watch

I bought gt2 3 days ago my sleep data is not syncing in app watch is showing i slept for 9 hrs 19 min bt app is showing 3 hr 40 min.... And when I'm traveling on bus gt2 watch count some fake steps around 500/600 i followed all these steps now but still sleep data not syncing please do need full

My issue is when i first connect via bluetooth, find my phone works but afterwards when i press find my phone it shows its ringing on my watch but not on my phone?? Can anyone on here help plz

this watch is supposed to be a smart watch, tried your way of downloading via link after play store , deleted reinstalled ( smart watch still doesnt display a TIME ON IT) until i pair it (pairing not supported) via sony xz series phone, ive lost 2-3 hours of my life which i wont get back, and now huawei has half my common details

My watch is GT 3, and my phone is Xiaomi.
I can't do a stress test, it always said fail calibration.

Me neither. I managed to fix the issue by installing Huawei Mobile Services from Google Play before installing Huawei Health. After that my watch connected fine.

My Huawei says.. can't connect you need a WEAR OS by Google, this major update is sucks...

I bought a Huawei gt 2 & my friend too. My friend Phone is iphone x. When he got audio call in WhatsApp Messenger Imo Instagram, he can receive those call from this watch & can talk, but in my vivo v17 pro i can receive only direct call from phone,WhatsApp messenger imo only notification after end the call,how can i get call same as like my friends,plz help me if you can.
