@@240marksjee6 Commander in chief is also known as commanding officer like Lt generals. They basically give commands to their division. But here in case of president, he has no real power. He does everything on the advice Cabinet of Ministers. In Constitution he is supreme commander of armed forces. He gives awards and honours on the advice of Cabinet. Whereas Commander in chief have real powers to command his corps.
