One correction, they didn't remove howlers, just make them more rare. Similar to those kids in DL1. Also with this update they didn't start a chase, only will call other zombies
is the game cancelled chase level? now when i go out at night. its all Volatiles hunting me directly, this is rediculuos. I need to farm hundred runners!!! I used to farm runners with chase level 1 -3. but how do I farm runners now, if they make Volatiles everywhere without chase level? Volatiles kill me in 3 hits. I dont need to farm Volatiles that much....
@@dandan-mf4sr cause night was supposed to be a death sentence. The original launch night time wasn't scary cause a chase was impossible to do unless you REALLY wanted one. I mean yes it sucks grinding is harder but this is what night should've been at launch in the first place.
I love how the new parkour feels faster and less floaty. Thumbs up to techland for fixing it and somehow still allow you to do jumps u used to do before with low gravity

i don't really like the white lines when your fast, i wish they changed it/ had a option to be like dl1 where your screen gets a little bit blurry on the sides, they had it in the e3 gameplay
I remember when I first did a hop after the update. I mean just tapping RB. Dude feels SO HEAVY!!! it's insane. It's immediately noticeable once you change it. I love this change.
I also purchased DL2 Xbox series (steelbook) at launch,... before even getting the actual console! I had clocked up 1000hrs + playing the original DL, & after watching the E3 vids, I expected it to be just as incredible & insanely addictive. The initial medicore reviews (of DL2) & the fact that there were supply issues of both Xbox series X & PS5 back then put my plans on hold 😕 After all this time & Techland fixing some of the issues from the launch game, I am more interested in playing it & hope to buy my Xbox series X at last 🙂

Still sucks that there is no save file transfer from ps4 to ps5. What use is a free upgrade to ps5 if you cant transfer your file. I wont start over again after alomst 200 hrs
Likewise... While I have both versions installed, I won't touch PS5's unless I play with a friend who wants to be on equal grounds or something. Otherwise, I'll just continue to hope and pray a PS4 save transfer becomes a thing in the future ;_;

I try to fram some runners at night with chase level 1. but hell, its directly hunting by volatiles. how the hell do i fram endless runners now? i used to fram runers on island bridge with chase level1 -3. but its no more working if I directly hunt by Volatiles. they kill me in 3 hits, what the hell?
They didn’t remove howlers they so in the game but it that different howlers doesn’t start the chases that bring that zombie near them so it can kill the player but it harder to find howlers

@@dandan-mf4sr I have found setting up near a uv light will keep the volatiles at bay and let the virials stack up easier
They changed the regular gritty color grading and it actually looks like E3 now
Night time is still gray though i hope they fix that and make it dark

L grappling hook momentum tbh. I was hoping for the e3 jump animation on the rope swinging and the momentum on the jump to match the swinging speed.😢

I remember when I first did a hop after the update. I mean just tapping RB. Dude feels SO HEAVY!!! it's insane. It's immediately noticeable once you change it. I love this change.
