Watch the approach as we receive radar vectors to position for a 5nm final to capture the ILS and listen to the GPWS callouts as we land on runway 31 with some crosswind from the left - notice how we exit from a pronounced crab angle during the flare. Enjoy the whole approach and landing followed by a quick taxi to our self-manoeuvring stand to shut down the engines.

Hi I’m doing my intergrated program with FTA, doing uk CAA license. I’m doing my ATPLS with them currently and then I got 1 year of flying and then I will come out with my frozen ATPL licence. Do you have any tips for the training as I know you did the training with them?
    Thanks so much.
    Keep up the great content!

Thanks for watching! First of all, get an EASA licence. No reason to close doors in your career unnecessarily. Enjoy your training, you will be more comfortable in interviews if you do an MCC/JOC course in an airliner flight deck rather than a generic type, and you can even go for an APS course if aiming for a specific airline. Good luck and enjoy the most exciting part of your career!!
