Rebecca was bright and cheery, and pretty I have to say. But Ginny has a calmer voice, almost motherly. Both good reviwers in my opinion.
They both are good reviewers, no doubt about that, but I think that Rebecca is a better one. Simple example for this video - where are the cubby spaces, the glove box etc.. All that Ginni talked about is that she wants bigger cup holders. Also the boot - opens it and immediately sits down and talks, I want to see how to fall down the rear seats, is there a high load lid, does the boot have a flat load bay. I didn't see if there is a hump on the floor below the middle rear seat either.... And this sort of stuff, I think that Matt and Rebecca are way better than Ginni. But, again, this is my personal opinion...
Adorable how she starts: "I don't usually start on the backseat but.." any pun intended? :))
why do brits use liters when they're talking about drinks and boot space but when it comes to fuel efficiency then they use miles per gallon (which isn't the same as the ones americans use)
***** why don't you use metric system like the rest of the world?
imperial system doesn't even make any sense
because iluminati
cuz traditional english
aabidam no, i like l/100 km better
Guess what, in the US booze is in litres and beer in ounces. Roads and plywood etc. in inches and miles. Cars are international and as far as I know all metric by now, although dimensions in the US will be given in inches (and cm). Engine size is all metric. I think in the UK construction wood is sold in meters and centimeters.
So both countries are a bit of a combination at this point, with the UK being more metric. To confuse things more, UK gallons are bigger but miles the same as the US, so it always sounds like their cars are super economical.
Canada, with a 3000 mile border with the US and part of the UK commonwealth, is all metric.
Am I the only one who didnt just watch CarBuyer for Rebecca?
No, honestly my favorite was Mat Watson, shame than he left. Of course the cuties is Rebecca Jackson
This is actually a very good review. I don't know why people complain about it.
Nice car... but I have problems to like cars with central mounted instrument gauges... it's stupid idea!
I'm wondering why they didn't comment on that. Nissan did that in their previoius Quest van sold in the US and some other places, and then after a couple of years redid the dashboard to put the instruments in front of the driver. The new city car from Citroen, Peugeot, and Toyota has the instrument cluster in front of the driver and hooked to the steering wheel so it goes up and down with the wheel. This somewhat fixes the problem of moving the steering wheel or changing the seat height and having the wheel blocking the speedometer.
Actually, this is one of the best review videos on this channel. It's calm, informative and quite grown up which suits the car well.
her voice suits bed time stories it's very.. mummzie
The wheel is on the wrong side
plenty of headroom plenty of legroom geez really ? Test it not on yourself then talk about really. It says nothing with your height :(
I got one and it's OK but not great..under powered 1.5 dci engine very bland colours inside 44mpg is about the only good thing
Everyone here commenting on the presenter, is clearly not paying attention to the words coming out of her mouth. I personally find Ginny a very good presenter that knows what kind of information a potential buyer is looking for. Although I am not interested in buying an MPV any time soon, I am looking forward for the upcoming reviews of the new Jag XE and Volvo XC90.
Absolutely positive review and then...slam bang, the verdict says its a boring car! I really like this new reviewer, she seems very honest aswell as very professional, top job.
Who doesn't like a bit of Ginny Buckley? Phwoaaar.
...what a wife...she gives the scenic propper drive...
Looks like i can park my mazda 2 in the booth. Nice luxury car. Good review. Pleasure to watch.
Found out where I recognised her from, Men & motors
This car is old now...
Great review, as I could buy one at a reasonable price, took it for a testdrive. Nice car, with the 4-cylinder turbo 115 HP it is fast enough, good steering, bumpy roads feel not too bumpy, but I did not like the seats. With my 183 cm it felt cramped, hard to free your knees. No Scenic Megane for me.
Ginny is doing an excellent job, it's not like she stole Rebecca's job you should accept that Rebecca is doing other things now, she even has a RUclips channel.
Say hello to Ginny for me ^^
I really don't like the way she presents the reviews. I liked more Rebecca's checklist approach because I knew if it's a car Carbuyer recommends or just a personal opinion of the reviewer. Ginny seems to me that she is telling her opinion which I find not professional. In this case, I didn't want to know if she's fond of the dashboard design (it's an example, and there are more scattered in her videos). I don't want to know if she dislikes it because of personal tastes, but I want to know if she dislikes it because of something reasonable, like visibility or cubby spaces.
That's what you call a famille car. Décent price, Nice Space, and a lot of those little features for the passengers in the back, but also l'amour nothing for the driver. Look at this central console, it's weird. Im french and i actually think this car is a pretty good deal: i mean with that type of car You're not meant to expect driving pleasure. Now in the segment i wanna see how the 2Series AT sells...
She keeps breaking the car buyer faux pas about not mentioning prices in the videos.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDD. it's her from the late 90's . i love her. she reviewed the golf mk4 in 1998 now i own one
Scenic is looking rather dated along with the Megane. It's not like Renault to do so many face lifts on one model. If the new espace is anything to by the new scenic will look fantastic.
I have had a couple of Scenics and they are good cars........Ginny is easy on the eye too - Rochdale lass I believe
So apparently people watch car reviews for the looks of the reviewer because rebecca and her do the job as well both, rebecca was just younger so get out with your fantasies pervs if you don't actually care about the car.
Yep...that's basically it!!! They only want Becca back because she was younger and had a bigger butt. Right guys?
Nice review Ginny.
I definitely like her. Her first appearance (very first videos) was not so impressive, but now she seems quite familiar with all this stuff reviewing cars and so on. Keep on going!
but... where is rebecca?
She's gone.
I'm sorry, your princess is in another castle.
The interior is finally improving, less of the cheap plastic and bad finish you most often get in a Renault and more... Germanish ;)
Except for being more aesthetic and designery.
"But all the children,"continued Ginny“,have really liked it!"
We want our Rebecca back!
You're in the wrong channel, buddy
Good review as usual. I agree with the comment about the dash. I had a look at a Koleos and that was the only thing that made me think twice about buying one.
I like her because she has kids of her own and knows what she's talking about about 😄
where is she?(Rebecca) she is best. now the lady is worst.
Good review and Ginny looks good in this review too...
So what is the point of the sliding thing in the middle? If you need space at the back in the middle - need to slide it forward. If want to use the control - need to slide it forward. And it is an option that costs quite a lot...should I be French to understand it?
+Moodimeikalainen It actually comes standard in all models, not sure why she said this...
she is super good in her job ! to all the nerds, this is a car review video.
i noticed its the same road they use in autocar
Ginny tu as trabajado en men and motors
the new citroen picasso is a good choice too
1:31 COME ON, which car don't have plenty of seat adjustment up and down?
Not for the back too
Buuuuuuuuuuuuu bring rebecca back!!!
Could've put all 7 seats up?
ford s-max is way better
would rather walk then drive a car so plain and boring
+jamie mitchell With your wife, two children and luggage/buggies on your back? Good luck.
I miss Rebbeca.
We want Rebecca :(
0:16 what's the song
she is too old for these types of videos
Or are you too daft to appreciate her?
She must be as old as Mat Watson! Can't have that!
Whats the mpg for the mpv again?
The diesels are claimed to cover around 60mpg and the petrols around 40mpg - www.carbuyer.co.uk/reviews/renault/scenic/mini-mpv/variants#variants
Carbuyer In UK gallons, which are bigger than American ones.
I dont like her! Bring Rebecca back please!!!
I blame the EU for us using litres.
Ginny Buckley is amazing... really luv your reviews
