Also do you have a link for the bands for the quick feet workout I can’t seem to find anything like it. Thanks again and god bless!

    Looks great but the whole idea of the vertimax is it is cable not resistance bands so u get even resistance threw the entire range of motion

      Yeah I get that!

    • @christopherkindle3473
      @christopherkindle3473 2 года назад

      Exactly. From ur fast twitch to mild twitch to slow twitch muscle. If u notice most people that start on it young dont tear acl mcl and etc. U see fasciitis with them which says they r on there feet to much. But that's good thing in some situations

  • @NickPelletier
    @NickPelletier 2 года назад

    I like the idea, but everyone I've seen do this has the same issue in that the resistance bands are not taught until after the athlete leaves the ground. Meaning they'll feel the resistance as they explode upwards being pulled down by the band, but only after the vast majority of the muscle movement is complete. Not saying it's useless, but definitely doesn't replace what the vertimax does. I wish it did, but it doesn't, cause the alternative is expensive.

    • @vespaman101
      @vespaman101 2 года назад +1

      You can purchase shorter bands. Bands are sold in different lengths and and strengths so im sure you could find a short band that's taught in a squat position.

    • @rylandwhitaker2183
      @rylandwhitaker2183 11 месяцев назад

      This is correct. The reason the vertimax works so well is the cables retract and give proper resistance throughout the movement from bending down to jumping all the way up. Very hard to simulate that with anything like this
