However ship names in battle are still English. It would be great if the names can be displayed in Traditional Chinese as well. 2. Please improve windows/side scuttles/portholes on the ships and windscreen on airplanes so that they are transparent. For example: USS Iowa and USS Montana have solid bridge windows. 3. Research Bureau ships are almost impossible to get. Please make them purchasable with free XP, coal, or even doubloons in store. 4. AA guns do not move. Trajectories and tracers do not look like they are in real life. 5. About the following ships: a. Please increase the range of secondary guns on the Shikishima to 11.1 km as well as her main guns' accuracy. b. Increase Ägir's secondary guns' range to 11.1 km, making her secondaries a special feature. c. Georgia and Odin have poor amours. Please make them more durable. d. Mainz needs repair party. e. Bismarck's secondaries have low rates of fire. Please increase the rates of fire to the level of Massachusetts'. f. Divide USA BB line and make one new line of BBs focus on secondary fire. g. Please add more ports, such as: Kaohsiung of Taiwan, Shanghai/Tianjin of China. h. Restore Manual AA skill. WG it would have been nice if odin was on armory just for showing, players dont see or learn about the ship until gets it unless they look for game site or related contents. You allowed port view on other ships, you can allow port view on armory for ships like odin without selling it
You got that right! It makes no sense why they made a Russian battleship tech line. Shoot almost all the battleships are fictional except for the Gangut!
The directives aren't even that bad man, you can definitely do it. I finished stage 3 earlier earlier today, just waiting on the next set of directives.

Every single russian ship they added was recreated accurately. The vlad (type A battleship) , sovetsky soyuz , kremlin ( more advanced sovetsky soyuz ) . My grandfatger was and admiral in the soviet navy , and he confirmed that all these battleships are identical to the in game ones , and they were real blueprints.

I find the Odin as a very capable BB. I have no problem fighting larger ships and cruisers. I use Odin as a brawling BB where the torpedoes, secondary batteries, and quick fire rate of her guns make quick work of any ship type. Some highlights for me are going on one-one with Bismarck and winning or going two-one with Vladivostok and Roma where I lost but managed to destroy the Vladivostok and deplete 80% of Roma's HP.
Well WG you must define accurate... Tirpitz was the top of the art ship fighting in Atlantic in WW II. In the game he has bended barrels, you cann't hit anything... Yamato was able to hit target at 25 nautical miles( approx 45 km). In the game the range is almost 27 km. In stead we have very stronk paper rusian ships... From my point of view, Odin doesn't worth it at this huge grind...

How Bismarck even managed to hit hood is amazing and one of the few cases of a long-range hit. If i remember correctly there is no hit beyond 30 km because it was just not possible.
The Odin scharnhorst class vessel looks awesome. It would make a great addition to wows blitz. I gotta admit, that the design of it looks quite fantastic for a tier VIII vessel. 3 triple barrels and I do approve of the secondary guns. And to top it all off, it's like the new jersey but with German colors. Solid winner.
I have Odin and I occur give us back that 62k up back war gaming for even though The Odin is a decent cruiser killer any more than 2 ships firing at you and your dead
Add 3-3.5 knots speed Add 2KM to Torp range Call him a Cruiser Then he is a T8 BattleCruiser. OR Add 12K HPs and 1knot and he is a T8 BB. Right now in battle I find T8 Odin BB to be only slightlu better than the T6 Graf Spee Cruiser when they encounter each other.
Yostar sort of stayed true to the ship by making it’s HP in the middle of the pack for Battleships/cruisers at around 7k, but also monstrous secondaries. Well except they made her a tanky ship by giving her 20% damage reduction.
Thank...I presented Odin to my friend, he is quite ethusias about the norse mythology, he had been start grinding for her and she is half way done, about me, Bismarch is my main priority.
Feel like im the only one here who settled on one good ship years ago (Tirpitz) and hardly plays yet just watches these for the design aspect of the ships themselves and the narrative of their history
Dry dock I believe you may have mixed up the HP between Odin and Agir. You gave the cruiser the bb hull and the bb the cruiser hull. On your next update can you readjust the values, thanks.
@@divide12903 yes and no. With enabled AA+def you might have enough time to melt some planes, but you will be shat on. With disabled AA, and enabled after spotted magical breaking on planes will give enough time to shat on you If you are not intented target, halland will definitely melt planes tho After all, CV just traded regenerating planes for lost hp on DD. (yes DD can repair but nothing like always pristine planes from cv)
Imagine the Odin model had 380mm triple turrets and 16 torpedoes on each side and later it had much more powerful AA defenses and secondary batteries and increased hp to 75,300. As I christen the the German ship, Evangelisti.

But I say Its a Graf/Sharn hybrid to me as it has some features distant in sharnhorst and Sharnhorst may have incorporated some aspects in design from Graf Spee. As I refer to my Graf Spee as my mini coupe version of Sharn horst. I think neither of us is wrong its just wg probably look at sharn and graf and were like lets make new ship from both of them. Agir and Sigfried look more like a true evolution of the Graf Spee the smoke stacks are basically the same and the all looks very similar to me. where the Odin Kinda gives me a mixed design feel.from perspective.
Odin's and Agir's projects never existed. Wargaming just gave some OP russian ships with stalinium armor so they aretrying to balance it with adding some OP ships to other countries. Like Halland to european tech tree, puerto rico to the americans, thunderer to british, yashima to japanese, marceau ans kléber to french and Agir and Odin to german ships. So they are saying, "on noob players, if you want an OP ship which never dies and which is capable to kill anything moving, give me your wallet ans shut the fuck up".
Thoughts on Odin I think the Ship will be a great addition in the game It's odd to me that the German Navy in WW2 had more Vessels than just a small handful of battleships, cruisers, and destroyers
The ship will be fun to burn down. T6 HP in T8 matchmaking? Good night. That thing is going to see Smolensks. And I don't understand what you mean with that last sentence. The Kriegsmarine only had a small handful of ships. 4 Battleships, 3 Panzerschiffe (literally: armored ships, often falsely translated as battle-cruisers), 3 Heavy Cruisers, 7 Light Cruisers. Half of the bigger ships were lost very early in the war.
Ok for real wargaming. Why is your art department so damn good at what they do, but your balance team cant find their asses without a map, flashlight, gps, and fifty assistants?
ODIN is not worth the dockyard, I mean the time and effort players put into grinding. you guys give OP Russian ships and try to balance all other countries, like ODIN a secondary spec ship that is supposed to push that doesn't have enough HP to tank. Its even worse than Tirpitz and Bismark.
Why in wows legends he doesn't have the same gun sound ? Why nearly all the ships in wows legends since soviet battleships have the same main gun sound which is used for destroyers !?
1/2 complaining about another addition of an OP ship while 1/2 complains about playing 3500 doubloons for a ship that´s too weak and useless. WoWs Playerbase in a Nutshell.
Yah just me. Look I totally agree. The outrage was justified for the PR event because they WG flat out tricked us and lied to us and I wanted it so had so I ended up paying 125 dollars for the booster. But I don't regret the ship at all I like but paying full price wasn't an option. like 300 dollars was way to much. 125 dollars would have been closer to the actual price considering most tier 9s seem to be about 90 to 95 dollars per tier 9. so If you grinded some directives and got the 3 boosters you weren't really being ripped off in the sense that you pay to much. More so in the sense wg said the ship is free and then went haha sick it isn't for the average player for the lols because its wg . However this time someone high up realized wg dropped the ball with pr. And decided with Odin its wasn't going to be free but if you get most all the directives done then we will give it to you for the price of a tier 4 or 5 ship.And maybe Odin got nerfed to hard but its a tier 8 battle cruiser its meant to be a good ship and a fun ship. But it trades some armour for agility and stealth. It has some decent armoured sections to and can tank some damage when played smartly but its seems to be more of sneaky flanker pop in and out of fights through the map and match. So could buffing it make it good enough for players expectations or make it over perform. I don't know but the Tirpitz is meant to be the tanky german tier 8 prem bb. So seeing a good Odin and Tirpitz div could make for an interesting battle that is for sure. Odin will have its role and do it well but it won't be a shiny star of a ship at least for the average player or potato like me. And now that WG is being honest with the Odin event and giving a $60 to 75 dollar tier 8 prem for a discounted $17 if you choose to grind out all the directives which most are pretty easy to do this time I think that is pretty good and I am not complaining lol. But players still complain. Look I get it WG isn't great and doesn't a lot frustrating things to the player base. But when they actually try to put some effort in show they aren't total jerks. People still complain and i get people have tight budgets and especially now due to covid 19 but if don't have 20 dollars to spare then i don't what to say lol. Complaining about everything is pointless we just got pick chose or battles and save it for another Puerto Rico blunder or issue.
Modest HP pool has to be the understatement, ney blatantly false description ever done in one of these. The damn thing has less HP then T5 battleships.
I will be honest...I would rather play Warthunder in my maus and get fked by ATGMs rather than spend money and time grinding these two ships that I probably cant even play properly
Was a ship I was going to get, now after the HP slash was something I'm going to ignore. Same thing with the Meh of USS California when they didn't even consider making her a Secondary heavy ship. Im pretty amazed how WeeGee keeps pumping out gorgeous looking ships but then slash some of their potential edges. Its amazing how they kept making designs that both extremely titillate your interest but also ultimately make you annoyed at their gutted potential
Some are born for ship construction Some are made for ship construction But no matter how good of a shipyard, built with gifts or without. MINSK CAN NEVER BUILD A SINGLE FUCKING SHIP BECAUSE IT'S AN INLAND CITY. (Minsk is where WOWs headquarter is)
Congratulation WG you finally made it happen, officially this game become P2P = Pay to play, pure example this ship no matter what after all the heavy grinding the last two stages YOU MUSTSHELL Gold otherwise no ship (Cannot denied) !!! More than five years ago when I star playing this game I loved it, quite accurate representation of WWI - WWII ships as well player base was way friendlier & almost no toxic at all, over period of time where introduce AKA pumped in paper never existed ships as well Premiums just to cash as much as you can out. Explain to everybody, why after all this years you still didn`t bring out the Italian Battleships??? Italian navy was the best in the Mediterranean sea, if I`m correct the best or 2nd best in the world at that time, but no you have to bring Russian Ships never existed & German CV?? so sad. I`m a loyal gamer but enough is enough, STOP TREATING US like milky cows and bring back the true historical ship Regards fellow captain.

The last 2 stages are the real joke. They manipulate so that people think they can get the Odin if they play enough. Then, on the last 2 stages, you have to pay. So many will pay, because they have put so much work in the Dock. In my eyes this is a scam. They better put that ship in the armory for steel or coal, there are hundreds of ships there already...

Tirpitz was the top of the art ship fighting in Atlantic in WW II. In the game he has bended barrels, you cann't hit anything...
Yamato was able to hit target at 25 nautical miles( approx 45 km). In the game the range is almost 27 km.
In stead we have very stronk paper rusian ships...
From my point of view, Odin doesn't worth it at this huge grind...

How Bismarck even managed to hit hood is amazing and one of the few cases of a long-range hit. If i remember correctly there is no hit beyond 30 km because it was just not possible.
The Odin scharnhorst class vessel looks awesome. It would make a great addition to wows blitz. I gotta admit, that the design of it looks quite fantastic for a tier VIII vessel. 3 triple barrels and I do approve of the secondary guns. And to top it all off, it's like the new jersey but with German colors. Solid winner.

Right now in battle I find T8 Odin BB to be only slightlu better than the T6 Graf Spee Cruiser when they encounter each other.
I kinda wish they did some shots from a person sized perspective on the ship, especially in battle.

Yostar sort of stayed true to the ship by making it’s HP in the middle of the pack for Battleships/cruisers at around 7k, but also monstrous secondaries. Well except they made her a tanky ship by giving her 20% damage reduction.

I love and have this ship in World of Warships: Legends. She is my prized possession. I can only imagine if this ship is built in real life.
Dry dock I believe you may have mixed up the HP between Odin and Agir. You gave the cruiser the bb hull and the bb the cruiser hull. On your next update can you readjust the values, thanks.

With enabled AA+def you might have enough time to melt some planes, but you will be shat on.
With disabled AA, and enabled after spotted magical breaking on planes will give enough time to shat on you
If you are not intented target, halland will definitely melt planes tho
After all, CV just traded regenerating planes for lost hp on DD. (yes DD can repair but nothing like always pristine planes from cv)

Imagine the Odin model had 380mm triple turrets and 16 torpedoes on each side and later it had much more powerful AA defenses and secondary batteries and increased hp to 75,300. As I christen the the German ship, Evangelisti.

They amde up Vladivostok from 1 gun design... so...maybe they found a oven somewere that was for a BB and came up with it :)))

@@torpschez2724 yes but that is what description said not my specific opinion. But I say Its a Graf/Sharn hybrid to me as it has some features distant in sharnhorst and Sharnhorst may have incorporated some aspects in design from Graf Spee.
As I refer to my Graf Spee as my mini coupe version of Sharn horst. I think neither of us is wrong its just wg probably look at sharn and graf and were like lets make new ship from both of them.
Agir and Sigfried look more like a true evolution of the Graf Spee the smoke stacks are basically the same and the all looks very similar to me. where the Odin Kinda gives me a mixed design feel.from perspective.
Odin's and Agir's projects never existed. Wargaming just gave some OP russian ships with stalinium armor so they aretrying to balance it with adding some OP ships to other countries. Like Halland to european tech tree, puerto rico to the americans, thunderer to british, yashima to japanese, marceau ans kléber to french and Agir and Odin to german ships. So they are saying, "on noob players, if you want an OP ship which never dies and which is capable to kill anything moving, give me your wallet ans shut the fuck up".
WG should publish an encyclopedia of warships, with color blueprints.

It's odd to me that the German Navy in WW2 had more Vessels than just a small handful of battleships, cruisers, and destroyers
The ship will be fun to burn down. T6 HP in T8 matchmaking? Good night. That thing is going to see Smolensks. And I don't understand what you mean with that last sentence. The Kriegsmarine only had a small handful of ships. 4 Battleships, 3 Panzerschiffe (literally: armored ships, often falsely translated as battle-cruisers), 3 Heavy Cruisers, 7 Light Cruisers. Half of the bigger ships were lost very early in the war.

I think odin is as good as bismarck and tirpitz, it has torpedos and hydro. The other two only have one of them. But balanced by modest hp pools.

Ok for real wargaming. Why is your art department so damn good at what they do, but your balance team cant find their asses without a map, flashlight, gps, and fifty assistants?
ODIN is not worth the dockyard, I mean the time and effort players put into grinding. you guys give OP Russian ships and try to balance all other countries, like ODIN a secondary spec ship that is supposed to push that doesn't have enough HP to tank. Its even worse than Tirpitz and Bismark.
Why in wows legends he doesn't have the same gun sound ? Why nearly all the ships in wows legends since soviet battleships have the same main gun sound which is used for destroyers !?

Yah just me. Look I totally agree. The outrage was justified for the PR event because they WG flat out tricked us and lied to us and I wanted it so had so I ended up paying 125 dollars for the booster. But I don't regret the ship at all I like but paying full price wasn't an option. like 300 dollars was way to much. 125 dollars would have been closer to the actual price considering most tier 9s seem to be about 90 to 95 dollars per tier 9. so If you grinded some directives and got the 3 boosters you weren't really being ripped off in the sense that you pay to much. More so in the sense wg said the ship is free and then went haha sick it isn't for the average player for the lols because its wg . However this time someone high up realized wg dropped the ball with pr. And decided with Odin its wasn't going to be free but if you get most all the directives done then we will give it to you for the price of a tier 4 or 5 ship.And maybe Odin got nerfed to hard but its a tier 8 battle cruiser its meant to be a good ship and a fun ship.
But it trades some armour for agility and stealth. It has some decent armoured sections to and can tank some damage when played smartly but its seems to be more of sneaky flanker pop in and out of fights through the map and match. So could buffing it make it good enough for players expectations or make it over perform.
I don't know but the Tirpitz is meant to be the tanky german tier 8 prem bb. So seeing a good Odin and Tirpitz div could make for an interesting battle that is for sure. Odin will have its role and do it well but it won't be a shiny star of a ship at least for the average player or potato like me. And now that WG is being honest with the Odin event and giving a $60 to 75 dollar tier 8 prem for a discounted $17 if you choose to grind out all the directives which most are pretty easy to do this time I think that is pretty good and I am not complaining lol. But players still complain. Look I get it WG isn't great and doesn't a lot frustrating things to the player base. But when they actually try to put some effort in show they aren't total jerks. People still complain and i get people have tight budgets and especially now due to covid 19 but if don't have 20 dollars to spare then i don't what to say lol. Complaining about everything is pointless we just got pick chose or battles and save it for another Puerto Rico blunder or issue.

Im pretty amazed how WeeGee keeps pumping out gorgeous looking ships but then slash some of their potential edges.

Congratulation WG you finally made it happen, officially this game become P2P = Pay to play, pure example this ship no matter what after all the heavy grinding the last two stages YOU MUSTSHELL Gold otherwise no ship (Cannot denied) !!! More than five years ago when I star playing this game I loved it, quite accurate representation of WWI - WWII ships as well player base was way friendlier & almost no toxic at all, over period of time where introduce AKA pumped in paper never existed ships as well Premiums just to cash as much as you can out. Explain to everybody, why after all this years you still didn`t bring out the Italian Battleships??? Italian navy was the best in the Mediterranean sea, if I`m correct the best or 2nd best in the world at that time, but no you have to bring Russian Ships never existed & German CV?? so sad. I`m a loyal gamer but enough is enough, STOP TREATING US like milky cows and bring back the true historical ship

The last 2 stages are the real joke. They manipulate so that people think they can get the Odin if they play enough. Then, on the last 2 stages, you have to pay. So many will pay, because they have put so much work in the Dock. In my eyes this is a scam. They better put that ship in the armory for steel or coal, there are hundreds of ships there already...
