It combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching exercises to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and speed recovery.
The system uses the Mobility Stick as a simple tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement. It provides kinesthetic and visual feedback to users and coaches. The sticks are designed for professional use in gyms, medical facilities, and on the sports field. I have a very physical job, so I'm always stretching after a tough day. I'm gonna cut a branch in my woods and try this out! If I like it, I'll come back here and buy a fancy staff with good bend!
