Thematically, these two songs go together perfectly. ‘O Come, O Come Emmanuel’ is all about unity, about praying and longing for a ‘King of Peace’ in Jesus Christ. ‘Revolutionary’ was written in hopes that we can set aside our differences, even in these polarized times. Melodically, these two tunes go together really well. They both have a minor and serious feel, and the combination just seemed right. It was a lot of fun doing a mashup of these two songs.
