    When fighting the Robo Chozo Warriors (specially the Twin ones), for the LOVE of THE BABY; use your Storm Missiles (that one where you hold R to charge and release a lot at once).
    In combination with the Aieon Flash Shift; it makes the whole encounter so much less frustrating!

    • @in0lasc0
      @in0lasc0 2 года назад +2

      I second this. I only found this out on the very last one (which pretty much requires it). I would have beaten the previous ones so much faster had I thought of using the storm missiles.

    • @Nate9-9
      @Nate9-9 2 года назад +3

      I agree. This is an underrated upgrade. Although it takes some practice. You have to lock on and fire the missiles without getting hit. Made easier with Flash Shift of course, but still takes some concentration and awareness of what all enemies are doing.
      I saw a video someone facing the twin robo chozo soldiers, and they one-shoted each with a shine spark. It was impressive. Idk how they built up the speed to activate it. Especially with both chozos attacking them.

    One thing I found helpful once those Chozo robots start double teaming you is utilizing the highest platform in the room, and also your Storm Rockets once you get them. Just run around the upper platform, lure one up, let off some rockets and jump over it down below and run around and hop back up on the other side and rinse and repeat. Hard to explain but it's easy once you get it. I had less trouble fighting the pairs than I did them individually

    A rather big problem with me when playing action games that require quick thinking and memorizing patterns: If I die a certain number of times, I may finally grasp the patterns to keep from getting hurt, but then I might die a lot more. And a lot more. After a while I will get tired, my memorization of the patterns will fade away, and my shortly trained skills will wear off, only to cause more frustration. This is how I walked out on Hollow Knight and Bloodstained, and I don't want this to happen again in Metroid Dread.

      Hollow knight is amazing. Maybe watch others fight the bosses. I’m older now and don’t have the patience I used to. So, I’ll just watch how it’s done on RUclips and hopefully I can copy them and defeat the bosses quicker.

    Is E.M.M.I. pronounced "E-ME" or "EM-E"? Or differently than either of those?
    If I remember correctly the first time you contact your ship after nearly being syringed by the first E.M.M.I., the acronym is pronounced verbally by your ship AI and therefore introduces a canon pronunciation...but now I don't remember which one it was.
    Totally unimportant thing but now I'm curious since I'm in the "E-ME" camp at the video said "EM-E". =)

    • @Ray_2112
      @Ray_2112 2 года назад +1

      I'm sure that's to prevent sequence breaking in the early areas, which is often possible with getting the Morphball (and bombs) early. That's why we got the slide here which is almost the same, but prevents the sequence breaking.
