It's impossible to imagine what it must have been like to record the album while fighting cancer... To hear them hint at the problems behind the scenes and to fully understand them now is beyond tragic. And yet... To see how full of life Tom was and how happy he was while he got to live his dream. I'm just so thankful for everything he did and I'm happy he had his friends with him in his final chapter. I wish I could thank him one more time.
Hearing Tom talk about losing the weight off his shoulders and finding the energy to write the album is so inspiring and yet so, so sad at the same time. RIP.
Why is form of metal so fucking addicting to listen to? i have no idea why, especially when a HUGE majority hates this kind of music. I hear this kind of music and think... "This is what should be winning music awards, The talent, the writing and live performances completely blow grammy winning artists out of the water". Huge injustice and it makes me really question my fellow man and how they think.
+Laird Swan As Corey Taylor said once : "Shit. I'm totally honest. I know a lot of people who, they put a lot of stock in it, but I keep telling 'em... I mean, we've been nominated now, like… God knows how many times. It's been over ten times. We won once… Cool. It's a popularity contest; that's all it is. If it weren't, if it were just about the music, you would see more metal bands - not including us - nominated in other categories, like 'Album Of The Year' [and] all of these different categories, and you just don't. So it's all a goddamn popularity contest, and I don't have fucking time for that shit, to be honest."
+Martin Corey is always so painfully truthful, I adore the guy even though I'm not really a huge fan of Slipknot or either Stone Sour. He just has that attitude and charisma that is missed these days on the music scene.
It isnt radio friendly with the screaming i think etc. I fell in love with scream metal 5 years ago. I love the vibes, specially scream metal. I agree with you.🤘🏻🖤
the thing that "freed" tom was probably the news that he was going to die soon. that made him write the most devastating heavy songs of his amazing career... this album has been on repeat to this day since its release. it is still the best record that has ever come out in my opinion
hearing dan's speech about the problem the band is going through. There is a shiver in his voice when he speaks about the problem. We knew it. Its about TOM.
Ross Wheatley Funny enough that’s not even strings or synth, it’s just clean guitars drenched in reverb, delay and modulation. It sounds absolutely fantastic 🖤
Just booked my tickets to see them at Bottom Lounge in Chicago on July 13th :D Super excited. Album is gonna top Lost Forever // Lost Together, I guarantee it.
Waow. That song sounds so rad. That album will be a masterpiece. A beacon in those time of war and hate. Because "All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us". "This is a wake up call !"
Has multiple meaning considering the Album name. I take "This is a wake up call" as them saying open your eyes and realise the fucked up shit going on in the world. Not just the shit on the news
That "free-ing up of energy" and a "weight being lifted off my shoulders" that Tom talks about surely has to be getting the news that the cancer was terminal and that there was nothing they could do...
where can we get the instrumental of the song we can hear behind the video until 1:59..? I know it's Gone with the wind but i cant find a proper instrumental video/audio anywhere.. it is so good to listen to, goes right in the feels when i hear it..
So fucking pumped for this record. "If you're looking for tyrants, take a look in the mirror." Bruh. Praying there's a Hollow Crown/Untitled/Unbeliever-esque song. LTLF really missed a slow jam to break it up and Red Hypergiant or Untitled II didn't really cut it.
Is it just me or isn't it Dan talking most of the time and only Tom at the end? The reason I point this out is cause a lot of comments are referring to Tom and they link a time in the video where it's probably Dan talking EDIT: Yep I'm 90% sure that's the case. Their voices are almost indistinguishable but if you compare their body shapes Tom's neck area for example is waaaay thinner than Dan's. And he looks a lot more sick
lol man, he already was a long time friend of Tom, for more than a decade if I'm not wrong, and if wasnt for him even the LF//LT tour cycle would collapse, cause Tom was absent from a lot of shows due to his illness.. lol lol

So inspiring to re-watch knowing Tom wrote and recorded this album with his illness. An incredible talent lost, you'll be dearly missed Tom x
That conversation about "personal issues" though, and Tom finally getting freedom.. Hard to watch now :/
Right in the feels....
Your words make so much sense now. This is heartbreaking. Rest easy Tom :(

Metal music needs meaning, not music awards. Besides who fucking cares if you listen to metal and they think it's crap.
@@martindepourquery Is there a video of Corey saying that? I'd be interested to see his reaction whilst he says those words haha

Architects is Underated, no matter what popular they are
they get alot of attention for a band of this genre, bands like misery signals are seriously underrated
This is heavy to watch, but so inspirational. That last part with Tom is just, wow.
That new song sounds so good.
+Giruga x Hakusho shazam says its Gravity
3:00
This still is so fucking heartbreaking.
Sam is definetely one of the best vocalist around at the moment.
2020 he's still killing it
2021 and sounds like a beast
Beside (in my opinion) Oli Sykes and Danny Worsnop
2:27 now we know what those things are...and dan seems to be struggling not to cry I cant imagine how he must be feeling now..
That new songs sounds beautiful. So excited for this.
"Dropped all this weight off my shoulders".
What a man. That mentality.
He will be missed.
such a quality band! I really hope they continue with their music
3 more weeks! I can't wait to get my hands on this album 😌
the thing that "freed" tom was probably the news that he was going to die soon. that made him write the most devastating heavy songs of his amazing career... this album has been on repeat to this day since its release. it is still the best record that has ever come out in my opinion
So fucking hyped
+Devon Walker Whaddayatalkinabeet ya fuckin drug addict?
+Mátyás Mazács It's like the chocolatey bit at the end of the cornetto
This is actually hard to watch, ecspeically considering the circumstances. Thanks for all the love, passion and effort put into AOGHAU
I love the Way these guys live their making music. They're absolutely my fav band.
heartbroken over Tom and for Dan, Searle twins are pure gold
it sounds so good and it's so amazing how these guys top every album that they make. Let this 2 weeks pass quickly
hearing dan's speech about the problem the band is going through. There is a shiver in his voice when he speaks about the problem. We knew it. Its about TOM.
2:10 shiiiiiittt
The string/synth arrangement from 0:39 is absolutely stunning. Undoubtedly Tom’s programming. 🖤
Ross Wheatley Funny enough that’s not even strings or synth, it’s just clean guitars drenched in reverb, delay and modulation. It sounds absolutely fantastic 🖤

Wow, Tom is definitely a great loss for the band since he's doing all the axe work in the recording... Very talented guy, love him!

so fucking pumped for this record BLEGH !!!
Anybody else trying to listen to the song In the back 😂 oh my god it sounds so
Good shit shit
OH MY
gravity is so fucking amazing
Wonder if this will be better than their last one. I'd say "Gone with the wind" is their best song so far, but let's wait for the whole record.
they should release the ambient music used in this video
Rip Tom
1:56
I NEED THIS SONG, RIGHT. FUCKING. NOW!!!!
i still waiting the concert on Chile
This is really fucking amazing dude
That "free-ing up of energy" and a "weight being lifted off my shoulders" that Tom talks about surely has to be getting the news that the cancer was terminal and that there was nothing they could do...
Guess It's "All Love Is Lost" !
+Martin Shazam identifies it as Gravity
that's cool, when do we get a NEW SOUNDING album
never, listen to botch instead.
thanks fam
+Clesham if you actually haven't heard them do so they are incredible, and yeah these guys seriously stagnation get some fresh ideas.
2:12 fuuuck :( Tom looks so unhealthy. Such a huge loss. 3:01 and there's the punch in the face.
Fuck yeah all this is the best .
Wow
The new song reminds me of 'Dead Man Talking'
screamo UAL 😱😱😱
where can we get the instrumental of the song we can hear behind the video until 1:59..? I know it's Gone with the wind but i cant find a proper instrumental video/audio anywhere.. it is so good to listen to, goes right in the feels when i hear it..
Like you music
Isso sim é música
So fucking pumped for this record. "If you're looking for tyrants, take a look in the mirror." Bruh.
Praying there's a Hollow Crown/Untitled/Unbeliever-esque song. LTLF really missed a slow jam to break it up and Red Hypergiant or Untitled II didn't really cut it.
do you even distant blue
How is distant blue even remotely chill (except that one line in the outro)? Aha
+Bradley S no track on lflt was intended to be chill but it's a slower jam and I think it does a perfect job at closing the album
No doubt, but I love those slow and mellow Architects songs that have a huge crescendo at the end.
+Bradley S isn't the final track on all our gods like 8 minutes long? we'll see what they do. hoping it's 8 minutes of actual music
T/S RIP
Is it just me or isn't it Dan talking most of the time and only Tom at the end? The reason I point this out is cause a lot of comments are referring to Tom and they link a time in the video where it's probably Dan talking

27 May
S I K E D A F!
what is sam talking about at 2:11
OMG :')
Christ, at 2:40 you can hear Dan choking up a little about the whole thing =(
anyone know what mic he's recording with?
The old Gods or The new?
damn daniel I'm early
I wonder if they brought in the new guitarist because they thought Tom might not be around for long... that thought upsets me.
lol man, he already was a long time friend of Tom, for more than a decade if I'm not wrong, and if wasnt for him even the LF//LT tour cycle would collapse, cause Tom was absent from a lot of shows due to his illness.. lol lol
Does anyone happen to know the new song?
+Greig Robertson It's called Gravity, according to Shazam.
anyone know what personal stuff happened to them?
+zachreh yeah, would like to know what they are talking about..
In due time, perhaps they will share. But we must remember they can't tell us everything.
Is it just me or does the vocalist look a bit like Ronnnald Weasley from Harry Potter? love this band lmao
song?
