My question now is, is it better to do the Training by yourself or delegate it to your Assistant? Does Attacking, Defending or Tactical Attributes matter from your staff, because yourself dont have any attributes? There are a lot of complicated things. Which attributes matter for my staff. How important is the personality and what is about favorite formation or playstyle every staff member has. Did it yount? Count it more as the attributes? The game doesnt give enough informations. :(

You sound very stressed out Son, take your time with the game. The console version is very stripped back from the PC version and certainly training is stripped back so much you may as well let your assistant do it. You have to remember that its a computer game that is designed to be difficult in some areas, for instance if you need a Chief scout with great player search attributes, there probably wont be any just to make your life a bit more difficult. Attributes count much more than fav formation or playstyle, if you think about it, although a staff member has a fav way of playing but has the right attributes, they will always be able to adapt. But as I say, Staffing is so stripped back in the console version, I am not sure it is something to be tying yourself up in knots about.

How do i know a player has been burnt out from it's potential? When do they stop improving star rating?

Its a difficult question to answer because all players will develop at different speeds. Make sure you are giving them the best individual training and where possible play them in the position you want them to end up playing. You see players available for transfer who are 28 and are 3 star with the potential to be 5 star, obviously at the age of 28 they are never going to reach a five star level. Between the ages of 23 - 25 players should have reached their potential, but again it will depend on the individual player.

One more question. How do I prevent from getting those Orange arrows? Even when the training rating is high.

This is one of the areas we all hope gets expanded in FM25. For now, ask the board for better youth facilities, send them out on loan and/or put them on an individual training plan
