HOMEMADE HEALTHY CARROT MUFFINS

Carrot muffins are good for snacks. Low in sugar and make a healthy snack for kids. These is good with tea or coffee. They are moist and fluffy just taste delicious.
RECIPE:
2 Cups all purpose flour
3 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon bi carbonated soda
Pinch of salt.
3 Large eggs
1 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup milk
2 Cups grated carrots
-Preheat oven to 350%F turn down the heat to 180 before you put the carrot muffins in the oven
-Bake for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
