Susan is supposed to smell like the gorgeous classic Givenchy fragrance Amarige.. i ordered it the other day and cant wait for it to arrive to see how similar it actually is. ❤
I adore LOVELY! I like to pair it with a dupe of Acqua di Gioia! It gives me a lift and I feel clean and fresh all day! I have Midnight too! I am going to try it with Soft! I'm letting my Dalal mascerate some more. I put it in the freezer for a while and it tamed it down some. I just ordered Fantastic. I ordered Susan for my friend named....you guessed it...Susan! And she LOVES it! I recently got Sabaya and I like it...Choco Musk is the one that started me on this never ending perfume quest! Darn you Al Rehab for making quality perfume for pennies!!!

Definitely Midnight - it has a little more complexity and syrupy sweetness. Narjis is like the cheaper body spray version of Midnight to my nose. Midnight lasts longer, too. I love your idea, thank you!!

It's a very low risk buy! Not just on price but it's very accessible as a scent. I just looked at their website and am not seeing any mention of free shipping. I've placed orders over $100 and still ended up paying shipping. I just can't fully verify it without getting pretty far along in the purchase process and don't want to do that haha

Thank you! No, I wouldn't say so. Golden Sand doesn't have the caramel apple scent that Casablanca has. I'd say Golden Sand has more in common with Commodity Gold.
Golden Sand is very similar to Vanilla Woods by the 7 Virtues - also Midnight Shimmer by Michael Kors...and Vanille Iconique by Comptoir Sud Pacifique. To be honest Golden Sand is closer to Casablanca than Commodity Gold.
If you layer the oils and EDPs they last all day and just need some additional spraying throughout the day to keep the projection. The EDPs on their own are not strong performers in my experience. Hope this helps!
My orders of Choco Musk and Soft has arrived today and I am, greatly, disappointed with Choco Musk. It smelled so synthetic and I'm kind of having some burning sensations on my neck area when I applied it. I was so excited for it because I've been wanting a chocolate scent or a very gourmand scent but this is so not it. BBW's Vanilla Bean Noel is the most gourmand smelling that I've smelt. Like as if you'd get diabetes when you smell it. I want that kind of scents. Not the typical perfume scent but almost like a real pastry scent. Soft perfume oil smells too alcohol at first but it dries down fine. I was expecting it to be that lemon cake with vanilla icing but I couldn't smell any icings in it. Kind of sad with my Al Rehab oils... I've ordered Dalal and Hajarul Aswad which are both coming soon. Hopefully, Dalal would deliver. Fingers crossed.
I'm so sorry you had that experience! I've really enjoyed Choco Musk so am surprised. I also don't get lemon from Soft though a lot of people do, to me it's more akin to Pink Sugar. At least they're not very expensive, right? 🙂

@@Yourdownfalls Thanks!! This is a little harder to find now but Zara A Sweet Pastry in Paris fits the bill, it absolutely smells like a lemon pastry. Also Eilish by Billie Eilish smells like a decadent vanilla ice cream cone.
In my experience the scent is exactly the same in both of them, I love to layer them for extra performance because the sprays on their own can be a little weak. I'd say the rollerballs last longer but I like to do both because the rollerball locks in the longevity and the spray goes places the oil doesn't - hair, clothes, etc. Enjoy!!

That's interesting, I've smelled both and wouldn't agree on that. Dalal was more oriental and spicy and I actually didn't end up liking it on my skin. Gold is sweet confection. But I love how everyone has different interpretations of every fragrance!

Sabaya is such a non mango scent. It’s just nice and fresh and a bit masculine. No Berry good staying power.

Not to my nose at all. Soft smells akin to Pink Sugar while Lira is a caramel, vanilla and musk blend.

Oh I'll still use them but I prefer to be able to spray perfumes all over my clothes, hair, etc. and for that rollerballs aren't ideal.
