I'm honestly not sure. You could say transfer to a university but they may deny you for not proving home ties. If you say return to your country with only an associates degree then it may raise the question of why not just get it in your home country. Idk for sure
Hello. If you're talking about the address where you're gonna be staying at, then I haven't seen anyone stating that it has to be in the state your school is in. But logically, if the address you're gonna be staying at, is too far from school then it might raise questions. If it's too far from school then it might be better to put the school address instead.

I think for most of them you have to be enrolled in classes at least but they always have the requirements listed. You can always look at the requirements on the school website
