    Thank you for allowing me to go back in time when I was just an innocent kid. I needed this especially after a long day at work.

      Same here. I was 7 when these commercials aired and I remembered a lot of them like it was yesterday.

      I would have been 11 years old. I remember most of these commercials so well. I'm 54 but I swear it seems like I was in my parent's living room just last week watching tv but it's been decades.

    2:33 this is the version of the Playtex ad where Brenda Vaccaro’s breathing has been filtered out. You can find elsewhere the version where it is not filtered out. SCTV also did a parody of this commercial.

    Thomas' English Muffins even substituted toast in 1981! I remember it in 2000.

    Macy's and Bamberger's must have loved to be advertised in the same commercials in the New York City market before the latter became the former in 1986.

    2:02- I saw "American Pop" in my local theater {it no longer exists}. Ralph Bakshi *could* have produced and directed a better movie.
