if you limit the fps to like 360 or 240 you will have more stable performance, especially while using performance mode and especially in creative mode
yeah qarpets replied to my question basically the same qiuestion as yours and he told me it does consitently stay on 360 or 240fps
@@LevyBarry-ru6jr yes, because the fps are too high for the cpu to process them in time, so it drops (cpu bottleneck), but only with performance mode, because it's too light for that gpu

Hey, could you try DX12 with high settings (no rtx) ? That should easily get over 160 fps on your setup

this is a really important question, does the 4070 have any troubles bottlenecking the ryzen 7 7800x3d? or does it work just fine?
it works fine there is people out there using 4080 or 4090 with 7 7800x3d
dude 7800x3d is the best gaming cpu on the planet its impossible to bottleneck with it on a 4070 🤦🏾🤦🏾

did you do any bios tweaks , tuning ram , windows tweaks and other tweaks?
changed ram speed to right speed but no proper tweaks

if ur gonna play fortnite mainly get 4070
If you play competitive shooters or FPS esport titles, I’d choose nvidia
4070 for fornite, any other game 7800xt
@@LootBoxyt ehhh very debatable, I still think I’d use nvidia for Val/cs/ow and a few others, I think 7800xt would be better for any other title
Id say 7800xt its so good it’ll run Fortnite only slightly worse and runs everything else better
