Always admired Mr Tim Allen since “Home Improvement”…His humor and his builds and the pride he took in everything he did!..When “Last Man Standing” came out…I was thrilled beyond belief and That Show was also Brilliant and such an amazing Cast all the way around!
I wish I could shake his hand. One of the only men who indirectly helped raise me and show me ways of how to be a stand up man. Today I weld dippers for electric rope shovels (arhhhh arhhhh arhhhh) and I'd like to think because of his show, he's indirectly shaped me into the tradesman I am today. I don't know if he will see this or not, but thanks Tim for the work you have done and I hope to see more from you in the future!
Everything?? I'm a fan too but I hear he's on a list or 3 of some baaaaaaaaaaad folks. I hope they're wrong but they've been right about everything else.
I remember Home Improvement like it was yesterday (I’m old)… most of the hot rods he built in his garage on that show never ran so put the body together, dash and whatever it takes to make it look like a complete car, take a few photos of it in the studio and call it a day…it doesn’t need to run to look cool 😎!!
When they started working on the interior of this car I bought a Regal. In that time I learned every part of building a car and LS swapped it. Runs great now!
Tim Allen how’s it going? Love your shows, first three boys and next three girls that’s awesome! I here you have a big car collection and are a car enthusiast. That’s awesome also, I’d love to see your collection! I’ve always loved autos and have a couple too. My 57 Chevy pickup need everything, I was wondering if you have a 55 Chevy car my favorite auto? Anyhow would love to see your rides! Take care and God Bless…
I certainly remember Home Improvement Tim. Hell, I watched every episode, and many more than once LOL... The amount of fab work in this car is unfuckingreal. I enjoy watching Bodie's creativity. I built a couple different cars over the years, and it reminds me so much of when I was building them. The smallest detail can drive you absolutely nuts, and my cars certainly weren't anywhere near the level of this car. Of course having severe OCD and being a perfectionist doesn't help matters any...
I like the car itself but just not into the electric part , but Bodie is a true Craftsman as well as the guys who work for him , I can respect that and hopefully it doesn't have that "light" that comes on indicating a fire like other ev's . Lol
Good grief, Allen, get it done already! You've been working on this thing forever. No excuse for a man like yourself, with resources and wealth. What's taking so long??? Al's got to quit saying. I don't think so, Tim !!!
I really thought the plan for this car was for it to look like Ford had electric technology back in the 30s, later modified into a hot rod.. to me it just looks like another 90’s Street Rod converted to electric…ZZZZzzZZzzz
It’s disturbing seeing a gear head like Tim take such a beautiful car and convert it to EV. What a shame! The car on Home Improvement was awesome and definitely a tribute to the originals. This one not so much! No disrespect to the builders. They have little to no control over what the customer wants.
RUclipsrs (boosted bois) are turing Tesla plaids into mini vans in 3 months. CJ race cars are building complete 69 camaro race cars in 6 months from scratch. Meanwhile Brodi is taking 10+ years to turn a old chopped hot rod into a EV. It's an uncomfortable nightmare to drive. It has no range since it's old tech, and totally impractical.
Just wondering why we don’t see the tool man more often and that’s a far cry from the blue hot rod the difference between soul and not, ev is a gimmick it’s at best a shot of boost or traction control and definitely not better for the environment
After years of watching this car being built, it's great to see the final touches being applied. Looking forward to Tim's new series. Hopefully, a little less political than Last Man Standing.
Not like you can take the money with you when you die, lol. Have to spend it somewhere. And my god, get a life. How the fuck does this even affect YOUR life. You chose to watch the video. Sheesh guy, lay off the centrum silver.

He's terrific👆
Huge Tim Allen fan..... Love everything he does

Looking forward to seeing this beast of a beauty ..... 1/4 mile ? 👍👍
Crazy, I was thinking about Home Improvement when I clicked this video. I miss you on my TV Tim!
I MISS HIM TOO BUT I WAS JUST THINKING 🤔 ABOUT WHEN THE NEXT EPISODE ON “the VIC” WAS COMING 🤗😎
Keep Kickin @R$e Tim!
This is Awesome!
Wow, I thought after 2 months since the last video, this thing would be done. This is crazy.
When they started working on the interior of this car I bought a Regal. In that time I learned every part of building a car and LS swapped it. Runs great now!
I agree with Tim. Bodie "You know what I mean" Stroud will need therapy by the time the Vik is done!
I really enjoy this channel!
Please finish the damn thing. I'm 75 and have survived cancer ( true)to see this completed.. Getr' done 👍
the pinstripes are a nice touch
Bodie Stroud and Tim Allen both aged decades during this build.
they are 6 years into this build
@@martyflannigan5052 Maybe a year of actual work--and yet they each look 10 years older.
Hell it's been almost a decade. I can't wait to see if they say what it cost total to build. He's gotta have well over 250 into it already

Wow, he has aged considerably since Toy Story 4.
I certainly remember Home Improvement Tim. Hell, I watched every episode, and many more than once LOL...

By the time this car is finished, cars will be flying

Really enjoying this build
The torque will make this a great city car.
Will it corner like a citrogen?
So with Katie Fox reaching retirement age soon, will one of her adult grandkids be taking over for her in documenting this build ?
🙋♂️TIM ,I REMEMBER THE FIRST ONE WELL 🤗 AND LOVE ❤️ PROGRESS,BODIE IS DOING A GREAT JOB 👏 👏👏🔋🔋🔋
i watch all home improvement episode big fan and santa clause instant classic it honor watch Tim Allen youtube
Awesome
Poor guy looks like he aged 10 years during this project
It’s because it’s taken ten years to do!
@@3970danny: exactly what I was thinking
@philipholm5814
Yep.
Good grief, Allen, get it done already! You've been working on this thing forever. No excuse for a man like yourself, with resources and wealth. What's taking so long??? Al's got to quit saying. I don't think so, Tim !!!
👍 ❤yes sir
I’m afraid the tires will be outdated (at 10 years unsafe)before this build is completed 😊
Looking better daily.
Maybe a LS swapped into a Tesla isn't such a bad idea.
Sylvester Stallone has died he watch the progress of this car ,heck Tims grandkids will be driving this car in Tims honor after his death
- Short and Sweet....I guess.
I been watching Tim Allen video every since started building his Vikings costume made car ! 🏆🎬
🍋🍋LEMON 🍋 🍋
Not Done Yet!!!!!
One of us is going to pass before this car is done Tim
See so many great builders here, but they have no work to show...
Katy I hope you have a real job!
What’s the new show your referring to
A lot of people say converting a hot rod like this to electric is blasphemy. I say it’s cool as hell. I can’t wait to see Vick complete and running!
I really thought the plan for this car was for it to look like Ford had electric technology back in the 30s, later modified into a hot rod.. to me it just looks like another 90’s Street Rod converted to electric…ZZZZzzZZzzz
'33 and '46 not '34 and '48.

It's ALIVE (still).
Much longer and it’ll have died of old age…
You know what I mean… Getting tired of hearing that.
I know what you mean!
I swear, I was thinking the same thing and I looked down and saw your comment, you know what I mean? 😂😂
Weird I was just thinking it had been awhile since I saw a VIK video thought I was missing them.
no offense by the time this is done tim allen might not be fit to drive ???.. he should have bought a boat ..would have cost less
All the losers knocking this car have to take a loan to buy a 10 year old Kia.
At this point its just a scam job.
Just wondering why we don’t see the tool man more often and that’s a far cry from the blue hot rod the difference between soul and not, ev is a gimmick it’s at best a shot of boost or traction control and definitely not better for the environment
You could have just bought a Tesla 10x over this is a ridiculous amount of time
Has anyone ever seen Danny Carey and Bodie together? Just a thought
These 5 minute videos suck!!!!!! Give us an hour once a month. Something we can sit and have a beer while we watch.
After years of watching this car being built, it's great to see the final touches being applied. Looking forward to Tim's new series. Hopefully, a little less political than Last Man Standing.
last man standing was awesome. I actually like him making fun of politics
more political please!
Alternate title: how to build an electric puzzle.
Vastly, vastly uninteresting.
What a gigantic waste of money.
Pocket change to Tim, more money than you made in your lifetime.
But it’s his money to waste.
Not like you can take the money with you when you die, lol. Have to spend it somewhere. And my god, get a life. How the fuck does this even affect YOUR life. You chose to watch the video. Sheesh guy, lay off the centrum silver.
Disjointed and difficult to follow
Tim Allen sorry bean violent won't do it again I'm so sorry lee wood
