    Find ingredients below:
    2 cups rice
    1 cup fresh green peas
    2 medium size carrots
    2 medium size courgettes (zucchini)
    1 medium size green pepper (hoho)
    About 3 tablespoons coriander (dhania)
    2 medium size tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
    1 tablespoon grated fresh garlic
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    Spices of choice (I used 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon pilau masala, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder)
    7 tablespoons salad oil or as preferred
    Salt to taste (I used about 1& 1/2 teaspoons in total)
