I found, because of an undetected infection I would never be a mother. I cried for yrs, and could not even go into the baby section of any retail store. Never, in my wildest dreams, did I have the THOUGHT of depriving someone of their pregnancy, or birth of their child. I still struggle, but now I love to see a pregnant mom, or a newborn. To hear the joy in their voices as they talk about becoming a parent, and I get a kick out of the the parents who already have children, and their funny stories of parenthood. It hurts, but I manage as best I can. It has nothing to do with any mental illness, and EVERYTHING to do with be a selfish, deceiving individual.
