Two Opposition Agent is a safe bet assuming the combo is already in hand and I can really understand that assumption. Kinnan was a life saver that game too overloading Rift.
Again, I like the talk at the end. It gives insight on the player's mind - with these things I can implement some stuff on my own. Great catch on the player's "tell", sometimes I can also sense some people's quirks especially when they are layering a tutor on a threat/attempt to win.
I usually look for what they're doing with the Oreo's cookie they have in hand. If they eat the cookie, I know they have it and I have to keep mana up for interaction!
Easily one of my favorite YT channels these days. I think the post-game discussion of how Rhetoric came out on top touched on the Rhystic study, but passed over the t1 Esper Sentinel as well. He drew a million cards and essentially came out on top because he drew into so much interaction to shut down the other win attempts before him and defend his own.
I can see where you are coming from as Pontus has been playing circles around people in some of these recent videos, but as a counterpoint, I would love for people think that I am merely "holding back" when I get turn 1 WoF into one land + fellwar stone 😂 Oh yes, very merciful.
@@PhoenixRNHthe crazy thing is krrik is insane good and fast it don’t take much to look one turn and he’s looping Gary lol I wanted him to do better me being a big krrik player just didn’t happen. I hope he plays him again I’d love to see reanimate and win
i believe since he was passing priority to enter combat, and pontus was using the mana floating to cast grasp, the priority is passed after that and it returns to the main phase. @@tonybaker26
he announced that he was attempting to move phases. pontus responded to this by casting a spell. So we never went to combat. once the stack was cleared we went back to his main phase with him being able to win with finale. Perfectly legal play here (:
"No difference between 8 and 12 treasures." Oooph! Famous last words :P
Yeah that lost the game.

Wow, guys!! that last conversation was so good. Few or none other channels do this kind of game in-depth review.

Well said!
K'rrik and Sisay in the same pod 😍
Can't get better right!
Love the end game discussions. Add so much to the videos! Love it
Your welcome!
I'm gonna add to the chorus of voices telling you the post-game chats are super super valuable. Please keep it up!
100% keep!
That Vamp tutor for Reconfiguration in response to creature spot removal was quite clever. It surprised me very much.
Reconfiguration having flash was a life saver there.
Awesome game!I I really thought mons had it.. haha.
Me too untill I saw pontus oppo. I really thought that I would win right then and there.
Great game, I really like the post game conversations between players.
They are fun to do. Glad you like that part of the video to.
17:12 lol mons is adorable ☺️
Thank you!
Rhetoric played really great here! GJ!!!
I still really love the post game discussions
Thank you!
K’rrik gona have to play again to teach the student, most quiet Pontus ever😢
could you elaborate what you mean by quiet?
2nd player didn’t tap out for rhystic when he had FOW?
Yeah, the boardstate didn't warrant playing *that* safe, in my opinion.
I've noticed it seems Pontus has been holding back slightly recently to divert attention away from him in these games

@@projectrings7066 for sure the wheel was disruptive but just in general it seems he has played less agressively recently

I honestly don't really know what you're referring to but I have been low key burnt out for a bit so you might be noticing that I guess?
@@sPontus Maybe, compared to older videos it just appears that way to me. Take a break if you need to
I believe he declared he was going to combat. Which is why Pontus grasped his Druid. So wouldn’t finale not win there???
Yes at 14:55 he declared he was going to combat. So no he shouldn’t have won with finale

Exactly, he never actually went to combat. He had announced he was going to combat, which is a time where people can interact, and Pontus did so.
@@lokumo13 after the stack clears shouldn’t the phase change occur. Pontus was responding to the phase change so he didn’t lose his mana.
Rather bad sequence here (time stamp)
