One of my favorite teachers! I'm so glad he didn't go back to Sri Lanka. I think he had no choice as everything shut down just before....
Thank you thank you Ajan Nissarano for this beautiful, peaceful Damma dana which I listen many times to meditate. Your kindness pours from your voice too. Sadu Sadu. 🙏🙏🙏

This is my favorite guaided meditation 🙏🏻 Thank you 🙏🏻 Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu
This was a beautiful reminder to be grateful for what we have in life, health, family and even living on earth as a gift of the universe. Today is my favorite day i hope its yours too, because no matter where you are there is always a reason to make every day your favorite day. Thank you ☀️🙏
Thank you Ajahn. It feels great to meditate on the "I am so lucky". I am lucky to have found you guided this meditation 🙏
thinking and embodying the phrase I am so lucky.
It wa so good.
Suddenly flashback of an incredible trauma I survived
I was so lucky..
It was deep
As if I didn’t know where the thought came from
But I am so lucky..
So while you were expanding the so lucky thought to the whole external world.
It was taking a different path for me
Going thru the struggles of a difficult life
I am so lucky
For the gifts received.
The resilience
I am so lucky
For the equanimity I learned early in childhood
To survive
I am so lucky…
It went on and on
Until I am so lucky for my whole life
And so lucky to live a life of purpose
And meaning
So lucky for the internal journey your teaching lead me to.,.
Planning to do it again
And include the whole world
Thank you
Felt like a healing thing.

Thank you Ajahn. a new view to add into my meditation practice
Thank you from Minnesota. Good teachings have far reaching effects!
This is funny, last night I was thinking about 'gratefulness' and wondered if the Buddha ever mentioned it because it seems a very wholesome part of practice! And when I woke up this morning, I forgot all about my thoughts the night before.
So here I am watching a day old talk by Ajahn Nissarano, So guess what he said beginning at 10:28.
Thank you Ajahn. Great talk. Oh and yes...Nasrudin is crazy chaotic wonderful and wise. If we were in Dungeons and Dragon, I would rather have him for company rather than a bard or a wizard.
Thank you, I am lucky to have possibility to meditate with all the people with your guidance.
