I wish they would explain what the actual process is. Like, do you do a comprehensive cataloging of everyone's skills? Does everyone have a trainer? Is there some kind of baseline training that everyone has to have? Like, does someone who has never juggled have to learn juggling? I guess dancing is probably a better example. When do you find out which show you will be on or working toward? Do you express interest in one or the other?
