Andrew Brown no problem that’s why I uploaded it. It’s so random but it was the only thing that worked for me so I decided to share it to help out others.
This didn't work for me but I used another method that worked. These were the steps I used: 1. First, I signed out of my Playstation network account on all my devices. 2. On the PS4, I went to the sign in page and requested a password reset (pressed forgot password button). Next, I received an email to reset my password. 3. After clicking on the email link on my PC, I then changed my password online without signing in to my online PSN account (wanted to still be logged out from all devices after the reset). 4. Got back to the PS4, signed in from there, and it worked.

Thanks man this actually worked. For me it would open the email and password page but when it put it my password it would tell me an error has occurred. It wasn't my main account but it's the account i let my nephew use so yeah :p
