I placed my first order with Dr. Hunter for her skincare. One week in and I’m stunned at the results. Can’t believe she’s been in my backyard here in LA for years! Also doing the eating for my blood type and I’ve lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and my energy is off the charts. I’m so grateful to Trinny for featuring this gem of a doctor.❤️

I like the way she is talking about overall health, rather than promoting her own products.

I absolutely love Dr Julia she is so on point about what she discusses with you we really are what we eat...Serioulsy all things in moderation...I`ve cut my sugar intake nearly out of my diet and I had a few headaches and a slight purge of the skin...Coming out the otherside of less sugar I feel so much better for it.... Much love to you Trinny & your family...♥️🇦🇺

Hi Trinny, this is the most useful information I have received about melasma ever! Thank you so much. And you are looking younger every day.
I am 40 and I suffer with melasma quite severely and like Julia said, it might be due to under active thyroid, which I have. One dermatologist has prescribed me Differin 0.1% and another one Acidum azelaicum. I use SPF 50 but when April comes my pigmentation comes out badly. What I did not know is that I need to use sunscreen with Zinc Oxide- thank you so much Julia. And thanks for suggesting using vitamin C internally and externally. I mix my vitamin C powder from Philosophy into my Differin cream (just in the evenings). Hope that is ok. But I am now keen to try Julia's products and she mentioned that there is a distributor in the UK.
Once again, thank you so much- I have learnt so much from both of you.

I finally understand why I got melasmas on my face. I have a thyroid condition and my hormones are not ok. I will use vitamin c and eat healthy. Thank god I did not laser it.

Could Julia possibly link us to some peer reviewed studies in the comments? If acne means my liver and intestines are inflamed, this is very serious. Does this mean that if I were to conduct a biopsy my liver and intestinal tissue would be red and swollen? This is not a light matter and sounds like a serious health issue. A peer reviewed study linking acne patients with clear evidence of their internal inflammation (e.g. through endoscopy) would be good.
