Infiniti has been struggling lately, but they are still a luxury brand. With that said, they can charge a premium for their product. You want the more cost friendly version, get the Armada version!
As a land cruiser and patrol fan. This puts a smile on my face. This will humiliate Yangwang u8 and Land rovers
The reason the old QX80 and Armada had that massive bumper is because of US regulations. Look at a Patrol rear bumper its a much flatter design and looks much better
I love the international, non-US bumpers of the Patrol. I wish we had those bumpers in the US.
I’m beginning to accept that I’ll never have a brand new car again. The prices of the cars and then the crazy insurance premiums where I live are just too much. 😪
At least they’re still cheaper where you live. In the country I live we pay 50% tax on the vehicles. If this Infiniti is $100k in the US, it’ll AT LEAST $150k in Costa Rica.
I was going through the BMW dealership here in CR, and a X6 M Competition starts around $210k. In the US it is like $120k

@@jz7551yes, I’ve heard cars are extremely expensive in some places like Singapore etc.
This car will be like 200k USD in my country because of our high tax that go to the pocket of our corrupt politicians. Ferrari and lambo here is $800k to $1M.
I bought the latest QX60 autograph and its been amazing... beats most other luxury SUV's for the same price and its reliable and their folding middle row seats are so fast, perfect for putting the kids in the back row. The mirror is from Gentex the US defence contractor and so has military grade tech in the mirror to change between real mirror to full touch screen easily... super nice. Not like other mirrors from the Chinese market. the leather and interior is strong and looks nice! i like the pano roof also retracts in the front. the lfat florr in the seond rom is really good too for more interior space. Infiniti is doing an amazing job again after realeasing so much crap up to 2 years ago...
It's Beautiful and Very nice looking. Regardless of what people think all negative it will sale. Its not gonna be Escalade sales but it will be close Lexus GX mainly. Also there are Kia's that 60k and people buy them.

It looks nice. I see some Mercedes S-Class influence in the interior design. The steering wheel looks really good, and is put together well.

It seems to me that every car designer that was tasked with updating their companies new SUV saw what Land Rover has produced with it's most recent new models, was impressed & took inspiration (KIA, TOYOTA & now NISSAN).

Those air vents on the fender say it all. Infiniti needs to get rid of those air vents. Not all vehicles look good with them.

I still think this looks bubbly and dated. I just don't think Infiniti's design language is aging well into the 2020s. There's also no way I would pay $100k for an Infiniti over a Range Rover or one of the Germans. I suspect the vast majority of these will be leased with steep incentives, and that they will depreciate very quickly.
Everything is great except for the reverse headlight design which is copied from Hyundai/Mitsubishi and that’s not a good thing. They should have kept the original concept look from 2017. That was how they should have kept the design.

It is priced right, same price as the competition, a lot of premium features and tech like the competition, top notch materials like the competition, it’s got more power than the LX600, Navigator, Escalade. Probably better fuel economy than the last two. Full specd, this is definitely a $100k.
Also, Infiniti QX80s have always been incredibly reliable.
