RARE TRIGGERFISH Save The Day! {Catch Clean Cook}

Queen Triggerfish catch/clean/cook. Queen triggerfish are pretty uncommon here in North Carolina, but usually if you get one it is pretty big! We had a slow day on the troll and made a couple quick bottom drops on the way home to get some dinner fish.

Good firm fish. Its not bad at all. But that skin is heck on a knife.
