We would filet them and broil or coat and fry them in canola oil The thing with blues is that you pretty much have to eat them the same day because the get real fishy real fast when you freeze the filets.They are an oily fish. Healthy for you!

We tried to go out the other day....it's been a rough year for kayak fishing because of the wind/weather. Hopefully it will calm down soon!
