I'm a business school graduate with two major, one in supply chain and another in computer information management.so i was wondering if it'd be wise for me to go for a masters in BA?

U can be a BA in the domain of either supply chain or IT since u have the domain knowledge. BA is very versatile,u can work as a BA in any field.
