As a Nova Scotian, I grew up eating lobster, he did a great job, minus the fact that he didn't get any of the body meat that is so sweet and delicious! Another recommendation would be showing people that there is a waste vein (poop line is what we always called it as kids😂) and how to remove it! But great job removing the meat you did!
I'm 2 years late here, but I'm also a Nova Scotianer. He totally ate the poop line, lol. I wonder how many other people did
