Rotary tunnel kiln technology integrates perfectly with intelligient automation technologies. The green bricks from extruder, then cutted, transfered and loaded onto circular belt, the whole process requires only one worker monitoring the progress. The group, gap, and stacking process is going on smoothly and continiously.
The circular green bricks conveyor will transfer the green bricks to all the area of the rotary kiln. The green bricks unloaded by one robot and then stacked by two robots onto the ground of the kiln. The unloading robot and two stacking robots are installed on a mobile platform. The mobile platform will move the robots to each working station of the kiln.
